I am so grateful to Scott. It's not what he charged me, but what he saved me. I had a nagging mysterious leak for a year. One plumber ripped me off to change a valve then didn't come back when it was solved and others wanted to tear everything apart. Scott came over with very expensive intelligent equipment and was able to quickly identify the source of the leak. Before he did any work on it he recommended a test we could perform with dye to confirm the leak was where he thought it was and sure enough it was. After confirmed he came back. Without tearing up anything and spending days of trial and error, my problem was fixed. Scott is very easy to communicate with and a true professional. I called Express Sewer Solutions after having concerns about a another company I've contracted to inspect and possibly repair my septic tank. After reading some bad reviews of the other company, I feared they would try to sell me repairs my system didn't need. Scott from Express patiently talked to me, giving me valuable information I could use when supervising the other company's work to make sure they were telling me the truth about my system. Scott easily could have exploited my fear and taken my business from the other company, but instead he spoke to me candidly about the septic business and gave me a lesson in septic tank engineering to help keep me from getting swindled. Although I'm not a customer, I would totally recommend Scott and Express Sewer Solutions to anyone looking for honest plumbing services.

Scott at Express Sewer Solutions was awesome. He answered all my questions and took time to explain what was possible wrong with my well pump. He took his time and even suggested I try priming the pump to make sure I tried everything before he came out. You don't find service like that anymore. Thank you Scott.

Scott came through again! The housekeeper left a note on a toilet indicating it was broken. After checking it, I diagnosed a flapper that didn't seat properly, opened the stop. It appeared that everything was working fine. However, after an hour and another flush there was an overflow. Although it was well after hours, Scott answered his phone and offered to come right away. I told him that was unnecessary but asked for the next day. He showed up on time, addressed the issue very professionally and got it fixed at a very reasonable price.

we used Scott many years back and he replaced our entire Sewer line going from under the house all the way out to the street. this was around Christmas time and we had company coming out the next day. he stayed at our house until around 3:00 am in the morning doing a temporary patch so we could use our bathrooms and shower until after Christmas. after he came back and did the entire replacement which took him 2 days and he showed me the work as he was doing it and explained everything to me. Scott is an Amazing Plumber and a good Family man. as i write this i am getting ready to call for a toilet issue we are having.

Toilet started leaking after Scott """"repaired"""" it. Have called and texted him several times. He will not return my call. Seems I was too quick to give my positive review last time. I should have waited a while longer. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would, Horrible!!
