I scheduled an appointment to have someone unclog our kitchen sink, no one ever showed. I called and the employee said he would call me back to find out where our tech was. My husband called 15 minutes later and still no tech. We cancelled.

Had a water main break on my residence under my driveway. Left a voice mail to request a call back for their free quotes. Someone returned my call promptly and I was pleased. I explained my issue in full and he said someone would be out the following day for my free estimate. Received a second call today, the day they were supposed to come out and a different lady was on the phone. She asked for the explanation again of what was to occur and she advised there would now be a fee. I advised the man last night said it was free and I've already had a free inspection on the work to be done, so why would you now charge. She advised that's their policy for the work to be performed. I advised the gentleman said it was free on the same explanation and you are telling me I am being charged, if you don't want the work just say so. She said she did and there would be a fee. I thanked her for her time and cancelled the appointment.

We found Express sewer & drain service on Angie's list. Our outside drains were filled with dirt. Armando came out gave us an estimate for 2hrs work. He came back next day with a 2nd guy to assist. He is very knowledgeable and know his job. They flushed out all the drains and also found some we didn't know about and cleaned them. He is very nice and explains all work being done before, during and recommendations if needed. We highly recommend them.

Had a leak in my driveway that required major work. Express Sewer and Drain representative Armando came over and gave an estimate. He and another worker, who was also very professional, got to work within the next two days. The work was started and finished on the same day. They had to break cement in two places on my driveway and repair a leak. The work that was done was very professional and looks great. The worker cut off a huge root that may have caused the leak. Armando was professional and a pleasure to work with. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future, I know who to call...I feel good about that.

I just had the pleasure of working with this company. I called to see if I could have our drain cleared on short notice as we are having company come in a few days. They sent Blake out to our house within a couple of hours and he was great! Blake took the time to explain what he found and was very knowledgable on a solution. Tried charging $450 for a $150 (MAX!) job. Had to come back 3 times to fix a leak caused directly by the plumber. Left us overnight without water. This was a long time ago, but.... The only saving grace was they ended up giving us a large discount, or I would have left a 1 star review for sure.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I made and exception because of the outstanding service we received. My wife and I recently bought a older home and the sewer line was destroyed old orangeburg pipe. Every company we called either quoted a huge price. Armando gave us our fourth estimate which was significantly lower. After we hired Express Sewer & Drain to do the work, the final bill was what they originally quoted and they fixed our entire sewer line. Armando kept us informed about the processes with permits and risks, (we had a water pipe really close to where they were working), every step of the way. In our experience Armando is very hardworking, knowledgeable, a good communicator and competent at what he does. You can count on him to get the work done in a timely fashion correctly. I wouldn't contact another plumber EVER knowing how good we had it with Express Sewer & Drain. They live up to their BBB level of service without doubt. Thank you so much.

I called Express drain and accurately described what needed to be done to clean my drain as had same thing occur about 3 years ago. I told their operator that they would have to go in through a vent and told her they had an 89 dollar special which I would like. Their booking operator said that that would be the price and that she would make sure to put that in her notes. When the technician arrived he said NO to that price and said it would be over 200 dollars, which I refused. He said that that price quoted was a mistake. and had the office call me . The lady I spoke to which was a different one that the one I spoke to originally kept cutting me off all but called me a liar. I KNOW what my original conversation was and how specific I was as to what I needed. As far as I'm concerned Express Sewer is nothing but a ripoff trying to give you one price and then changing once get on the job. I would recommend that all potential customers stay clear from this unscrupulous company. When I told them I would leave a negative comment here on YELP they said to go ahead as they would dispute it as they have done with others in the past .

Armando came out and fixed the problem when two other companies couldn't fix it. He is very knowledgable.

They have the right equipment and that makes a big difference. I will defiantly call them the next time I have a problem. Simply more bang for the buck.

I had a water leak start from within the wall of my bathroom 2 nights ago. I called their 24 hr number and they came out within the hour. They had the wall opened up and leak fixed in no time. They did not charge extra for the emergency call either which was nice.
