Armando came out and fixed the problem when two other companies couldn't fix it. He is very knowledgable.

They have the right equipment and that makes a big difference. I will defiantly call them the next time I have a problem. Simply more bang for the buck.

I had a water leak start from within the wall of my bathroom 2 nights ago. I called their 24 hr number and they came out within the hour. They had the wall opened up and leak fixed in no time. They did not charge extra for the emergency call either which was nice.

These people are great. Armando came out on a rainy Sunday and put the camera down the pipes and discovered the backup problem was with the county lines and not my line. The best news was he didn't charge me, telling me to call the city. I was very surprised and grateful to know there are still people who will do a courtesy service for a person. Once again Express came to our rescue. Our kitchen sink plugged up and we called Express who were here in two hours as promised. They installed our trench less sewer line years ago and unplugged our washer in 2014. Our home was built in 1962 and the kitchen clean-out plug was frozen and hadn't been removed in years. Prior to using Express other companies had tried to remove the plug and weren't successful.

Today Jason Maduri (I would recommend him if you call to have work done) worked his behind off removing the plug. He was able to do what many before weren't able to do.

I highly recommend this company.

It was ""ok"". The tech they sent fixed what he could. Problem not solved as it will require more expensive handling. So still have the problem. Not their fault though. However the guy they sent had no other suggestions or ideas of what could be done - and I thought they were a little pricey for what they did. He also borrowed the hose to try to help with one of the problems, but then I found the next day he failed to put it back. Just sort of sloppy. He was courteous enough and seemed competent enough in the simplicity of unplugging a drain and roto-ing some roots out of a pipe. But beyond that not super impressive.

Had I not been in a rush to get someone there I think I would have been better off with a sole proprieter - one man band - guy who would be more reasonable in the rates and more interested in satisfying the client.

Maybe the company owners care about quality of service - but when it comes down to just the hired guns, I don't think they are very into doing anything more than just what they came to do and get in and get out and move on - and oh well if the problem is still there - if you have another chunk of money I can stay and fix it for you. But oh, I don't have that equipment on my truck and would have to reschedule.

Yeah.... not super happy with this experience.

I have known the Will (the owner) for years. one of my rentals had a plumbing problem that could only be fixed by a professional. Express made arrangements with the tenant and they were on the job the next day. Very courteous and professional. I will be hiring them for all my future plumbing needs!

We had a sewer backup on Mothers Day Sunday; after calling the County of Sacramento Sewer District (who came out immediately and confirmed that it wasn't a clog in the main sewer on my street), we called Express Sewer & Drain. Andrey came out around 4pm that Sunday and immediately got to work. He discovered (much to our surprise) that our sewer connection ran out our back yard down a hill across some neighbors properties. It took him two days to fully diagnose, clear and repair what turned out to be a 50 year old sewer connection that the County didn't even know about (they finally found a construction permit from 1968 but the connection wasn't on their maps!). He added a cleanout connection next to our house and at our property line to provide access if we have problems again in the future. Andrey was terrific to work with, very professional and always responsive, answering his phone as needed to coordinate things.

Will definitely use Express (and ask for Andrey in particular) again for other plumbing needs (hope not to need them for sewers ever again, though...)

I called them and they came out the next day. I did not need any work done I found out, I just needed to clean the hair out of the drain myself in both showers. They did not charge me for that call or advice so I am going to use them the next time I really need something done. They work really hard there and by all the reviews you can tell they are awesome.

The wierd bad review down below they should just toss out, really! If you had a problem then go out there and tell them.

I am a second time user of Express Sewer and Drain. They are local, have very experienced and dedicated staff, and demonstrate a level of professionalism in their conduct not typically found anywhere.

I had a 20 foot section of a very old pipe replaced. It ran directly under my new HVAC pad and if I had any idea that both jobs needed to be done, I for sure would have done the sewer first! That said, Eddie, my tech (and a really good guy - low pressure, very knowledgeable) assured me that they would be able to cut a piece of my concrete patio, run the pipe under the HVAC and connect it on the other side with no adverse effects and then patch the hole in the concrete.

They did just that. I was super impressed with the quality of the help. They filled in everything, swept off the concrete patio (the whole thing, not just the area they worked on), and went above and beyond in several other ways too.

During this process I was able to talk to the owner, who is very hands on in his business, work with a true professional in Eddie, and experience the high quality of their help. Thank you for a job well done guys! Don't hesitate to call these guys.
