Had a drain problem today and not only did they fix the problem but James was super helpful and educated me on preventative measures for my sewer drain and some cool options to replace for the future. James was a awesome plumber with good knowledge and great customer service skills. I will only use express Sewer!

Express sewer was doing work for sac county sewer FYI. They were pouring concrete on the other side of my fence because they ripped it up to get to a sewer pipe. long story short my pool pump was leaking and the water trail ended up on the side walk where they were pouring new concrete. They took it upon themselves to turn a bunch of valves on my pool filtration system and pool solar to try and stop the leak and basically created a pressure cooker with my pool filter casing and blew it up. Then they lied about it. The foreman's name was Wyatt he took off before I got home and left his (Hispanic) workers behind that don't want any trouble which I didn't give any trouble because they didn't do it obviously by the looks of the note he left me and the way they were talking to me and then he took off because he was embarrassed or something or scared of losing his job. Anyways It took me about a month but I'm getting reimbursed through sac county sewer so just be aware of these HACKS!!!!!!!

This company is the best! I would use them over Roto-Rooter any day. They came out took care of my drainage problem fast. Their employees are polite and know what they are doing. I live in a old home and had a problem with the drainage. Had Roto-Rooter come out and was not fixed. Had Express Sewer and Drai age came out and it's fixed!! GREAT COMPANY!!

I've replaced faucets & disposals. Knee injury, need help as both died - half disassembled. Maybe 1 hour for qualified person (I have replacements on my counter). Express sent their person 4 hours late. Quoted around $200.

Guy looked, said my new disposal was an inadequate 1/2 HP as old was 1.0 HP. Uh, no, I said, I installed it myself 10 years ago, 1/3. He confirmed.

Went to car to ""get price"". $500. 1 hour work, if you are slow, and you cannot even identify my old product?

I cannot say enough about what a blessing this company and Sean was for me. I was told that my kitchen clogged drain could not be snaked by three different plumbers who said I would need to drill through my foundation to fix this problem. Sean came and snaked through the clog with no problems! I would suggest them over and over again! Thank you!!!!!

Needed to locate the sewer clean out. Tyler of Express Sewer & Drain arrived bright n early the next morning as scheduled. Promptly found the sewer line and potential clean out. Appears the previous home owner chose to mark the location with a tree!

Tyler was professional and and clear in all conversation.

Will not hesitate to call Express Sewer & Drain for any plumbing issue in the future.

Simply Awesome! Called at 5PM and Tech was at my home to clear a kitchen sink drain in just over an hour. Was quick, friendly and clean! I had the under the sink prepped (stuff removed) and he went to work and completely cleaned my drain in short order. Great service and will recommend Express Sewer & Drain to my friends and neighbors..... 5-STARS/Kudos...

I have had several companies come out to give me an estimate on replacing my shower valve. Instead of trying to fix it there suggestion was to re-pipe my whole house which will cost around $5000.00. I was referred by a Friend to contact Express Sewer & Drain because of the awesome experience he also had. So I set an appointment for an estimate. Armando Was the tech who showed up at my house right when they said he would be there. Instead of him trying to sell me on a bunch of stuff that was not needed, He told me to try a few things myself to fix the problems I was having before spending a lot of money. Come to find out I was able to fix the problem without spending a dime!! Armando was very professional and extremely helpful. I will be calling Express Sewer & Drain out to re-pipe my house when the time comes.

Wow, Max came out right on time, listened to the problem, told me the steps he needed to take, repaired my hot water heater in a flash, charged exactly what he said, gave me instructions before leaving and answered all my questions. What more could I ask for?

Recently Express Sewer came out to my grandfathers house and I must say this company is great! You always get worried about companies trying to get over on elderly people but that is definitely not this company. Thank you so much for being such a great honest company.
