My elderly parents called with several plumbing issues, a leak in their bathroom pipes going through to the floor underneath and a faucet issue. Someone came out to diagnose the problem and then told them it wasn't worth there time to fix it and left them without a solution. Who does that to people? I would never recommend this company.

Getting a plumber to reply to a phone call in Silverdale is not an easy thing. But we did get a call back from Express the next morning after our sink drain pipe had completely clogged to the point of no return!
We had to wait a couple days to have Express come out but these guys were GREAT! By the way, very nice courteous receptionists, both new construction and consumer side (they have both we found out).

The guys were friendly Pros and actually finished the job sooner than they quoted us. The work is good and the price was fair. I would gladly recommend Express Service Plumbing to all my friends and anyone else who asks where a good plumber can be located.
Overall, well worth the wait folks!

I want to send a big thank you to Jim and everyone at Express Service Plumbing. Jim is a real pro. We have had him out to our ""new"" house two times. Each time he found the source of the problem and quickly and expertly fix the issue. Their prices are fair and their service is fantastic. If you need plumbing work call them first!

I had a clog in my septic (very confused first time home owner here), and when I called Herdman, they told me that they would send Express Service Plumbing my way at 4 pm (after they closed, I was very impressed by the customer service). The tech they sent out was very kind and professional. he fixed the issue, and accepted my coupon along with giving me the military discount. Thanks to Herdman and Express, my first adult plumbing crisis has been averted. highly recommend them!

Called Express Service Plumbing for an emergency plumbing repair at my business after the tenant had called. Had a leaking hot water heater. Technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was expecting to be charged for a new hot water heater but problem was repairable. I appreciate the honesty of Express Service Plumbing. Technician even offered to do a free whole building safety check for free along with the VIP customer service plan that would cover me for the entire year. Satisfied Customer!!!
