I don't do a lot of reviews but I needed to share the fantastic experience we had with Express Septic and Plumbing.

I was able to connect with them quickly and they were more than polite and professional. Rochelle was quick in making our appointment and was very flexible on the day and time.

We received a confirmation email and text message notification just as she promised and the technician showed up promptly to resolve our issue.

So, if you're tired of the BULLSHIT from all the other trades that leave you hanging, don't show up or do half a job...then hire these people!! They appreciate their customers and are professional every step of the way!!

Well oh my goodness! After rating them 5 stars from the pumping service I have to go back and not recommend. The pumping went well and the beginning of diagnosing was friendly, come to find out after second and third opinions, we were hosed. Looking over the nearly $1300 bill I paid without question, I come to find out that there was no way they could have jetted all three of the legs of my system. Basically impossible with the amount of water coming back through my pipes. The camera job was very brief and although it was done, it was not thoroughly completed. I also got charged for the dig up of the access whole that was already dug up by my husband. Please please get second or third opinions if you have a major problem. You get big fancy companies and you pay big fancy prices. We went with a company with amazing integrity and a wealth of knowledge. Corey Blake at Prime plumbing and actually there whole crew has been amazing. You don't just get a new guy, you get experience with out all the up sales.

Excellent sh*tter service! Dispatch gave me a time frame window of noon to 5, and a 30-minute heads up notice. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We have a map, sort of like the septic treasure map, and the tech was easily able to locate the tank. Price was competitive and service was relatively fast. I would definitely use these folks again.

I used Express Septic in an emergency situation last night. They were onsite in an hour and pumped my full tank. David was friendly, professional and helpful. I will be using them for all of my future septic services.
