Juan came out, he showed up on time and found that a previous plumber had shut off our valve to the ice maker and had not turned it back on. So he turned it on and got the water returning to our ice maker. His price was reasonsble, and he was very professional. I highly recommend him.

Juan is a terrific representative for Express-Rooter. He greeted me with a big smile and hearty handshake on first arrival. After showing him what the problem was he spent 15 minutes evaluating the issue that required basement and first floor plumbing replacement/repair.
He was clear about what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. We quickly agreed on a path forward and over a couple of days everything was back to normal. The drain line for our connected pair of Master Bathroom sinks became clogged. The problem appeared early on a weekend, complicating the repair. We scheduled an appointment with Express-Rooter for the same day. Juan from Express-Rooter showed up on time and resolved our plugged drain piping in only 20 minutes.

Because the two sink drains are connected, unclogging the drain line was complicated. Juan made it look easy. (The same task by another company six years ago took more than 2 hours.) We were very impressed by the prompt, courteous, and effective performance by Juan and Express-Rooter. We highly recommend them.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Express-Rooter! Not only do they answer your phone call over the weekend, but they show up on time.
I had a bathroom shower emergency and they sent a plumber the same day for a free estimate! Many other Plumbing Companies are charging a fee just to come out. Unfortunately, the part needed was not available until Monday, so they scheduled a time to come then. Again, they arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window given and Ricky completed the job (obtaining parts and all) within an hour. Ricky was pleasant, professional and cleaned up after he was finish.
I highly recommend using Express Rooter for any plumbing needs! I'm more than happy with this experience.

When I tried to book an appt today with the woman who answered the phone she was very nice. Then I called back within a couple hours to confirm my appt and modify the time. She said I wasn't on her calendar. I told her I didn't go with the last person because they were flakey and I just want someone I can count on. She said ""well you can make an appt or don't... your choice"" with a patronizing attitude.

She's the face of the company. No thanks. Sad because I heard they have good service. I didn't even get that far.

This is a wonderful company. The employees are efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. Better than anyone we've had before. I would always call Express Rooter first because I know I would get good service. They also clean up afterwards, leaving the situation better than when they found it. Jamie O
