Overdue for a review.

They did our subpump after another company had redone it so poorly it failed. Burt also helped us with exterior irrigation install that required a plumber. That was a bit more challenging due to them having to deal with poor direction from AgriTurf supplies (avoid them like the plague).
Burt went the extra mile coming back to help sort out issues related to the other group. He was honest and went the extra mile.

Hoping he/his company will install our new electric toilet so we can update the review again soon.

It was 9 pm on a Saturday night and I was desperate for a plumber. I tried calling 10 different plumbers in SB and Ricky was the only plumber that answered. I am not counting two answering services that never called back. I had woken him up but still he got to my house in 15 minutes. Ricky was professional, patient and pleasant. My main sewer line was obstructed. He fixed the problem and explained everything to me as he was going along. It sucked paying the emergency rate but because Ricky got here fast and was such a good guy I was OK with it and appreciate that he was available.

Highly recommend Express-Rooter! Sarah was extremely helpful and quickly scheduled a service appointment for us after our water heater went out. Ricky showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired a faulty part on our water heater. We needed a new garbage disposal, and a replacement reverse osmosis tank. Ricky was at our house 1/2 hour earlier than promised(!), wearing a mask, gloves, and shoe coverings.
The job was finished quickly and he left the kitchen perfectly clean. (He also recaulked the sink!)

Our water filtration yearly service call lead to needing a plumber. We needed to replace the garbage disposal in order to install the new reverse osmosis tank, but the filtration company doesn't do that. Express Rooter to the rescue! I called and was told Ricky could be at our house within 2 hours...he arrived in 1 1/2! Ricky replaced the garbage disposal, then hooked up our new r.o. tank, and even recaulked our leaky sink!
(All while wearing a mask, gloves and shoe coverings!)

I am now adding Express Rooter to me emergency list.
