I needed a new water heater cuz it was knocking and I got 3 quotes . Express rooter was the median quote of the 3 but Ricky agreed to match the lowest quote AND replace the water heater the same day whereas the other plumbers cud not do it same day. Ricky was super nice and left no mess and even had to go get a few parts and was back promptly and I really appreciated that he did it so quickly and matched the lowest price. He will definitely b the plumber I call first the next time!

Today Juan came over to look at our drains not draining. He snaked the pipes , checked out all of our drains inside the house.
The whole time being very pleasant, informative and taking care of the problem in a timely manner. It only took 10 minutes or so. The reason I am so happy with this company and Juan is the previous day I had another company come out and without attempting to snake the pipes, tried to get me to spend $1100
on a high pressure cleaning.
I was charged for the service call
and they never tried to fix the problem. For anyone reading reviews to find an honest company, I strongly recommend

Called them on a Thursday. They showed exactly on time as promised on Friday. Gave me quote less than half of another plumber. Did a great job. These guys are my go-to plumbers for my Carpinteria home.

Overdue for a review.

They did our subpump after another company had redone it so poorly it failed. Burt also helped us with exterior irrigation install that required a plumber. That was a bit more challenging due to them having to deal with poor direction from AgriTurf supplies (avoid them like the plague).
Burt went the extra mile coming back to help sort out issues related to the other group. He was honest and went the extra mile.

Hoping he/his company will install our new electric toilet so we can update the review again soon.

It was 9 pm on a Saturday night and I was desperate for a plumber. I tried calling 10 different plumbers in SB and Ricky was the only plumber that answered. I am not counting two answering services that never called back. I had woken him up but still he got to my house in 15 minutes. Ricky was professional, patient and pleasant. My main sewer line was obstructed. He fixed the problem and explained everything to me as he was going along. It sucked paying the emergency rate but because Ricky got here fast and was such a good guy I was OK with it and appreciate that he was available.
