These guys have taken care of so many of my plumbing needs it's hard to pinpoint what story best explains how much of an asset they are!! Ruben & Vince have done inspections for my new home, have taken care of our business, replaced water heaters, repiping, leaks, broken pipes and there never seems to be a job too big to handle!!! They provide service to my entire family & business. We were in a rental that required a lot of professional plumbing and Ruben's costs were affordable enough for me to pay out of my own pocket so I could make sure the job was done correctly! These guys are on the ball and as honest as they come. Recently, Ruben was called out to my mom's for a claim we turned into our Home Owner's Insurance (we knew this was gonna big A BIG JOB). Water was leaking through the shower wall and into the living room closet soaking the carpet! Ruben came to inspect this Big Job before they come out to determine the pipe repair inside the wall! WELL, RUBEN WENT INTO THE SHOWER AND IT WAS COMPLETELY FIXED IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. He explained that every time we used the shower nozzle we loosened it up causing the water to run down the pan & into the closet. He tightened the nozzle and it hasn't leaked since. We really thought it was an old broken pipe but what I do know is that if another company would have been there to inspect the pipes this story would have most definitely gone in a different direction!!! You don't meet people like Ruben & Vince every day, they are one of a kind! Professional Service, Affordable, Knowledgable with the Utmost Integrity!

We called Express to our duplex twice to try and locate the source of a foul smell.
Both times he indicated there was no plumbing problem.
I called 5 Starr Plumbing to come out and they immediately identified the problem that Express couldn't find.
Express overlooked the fact that a pipe was leaking sewage into our crawl space.
Additionally Express wrote on our receipt that our ""Plumbing appears in good shape"" when in fact it was leaking sewage.
We're grateful that 5 Starr Plumbing got this matter resolved.

Very reasonable price. I needed to clear the house main sewer line with no main outlet. The plumber gave a quote on the phone. He did the job within the quote unlike other plumbing companies that change the quote to twice the amount upon arriving at the house. The job was done in less than 2 hours.
