I need a hot water heater replacement and contacted a few plumbers for a quote. Daniel at Express Plumbing offered me a very reasonable price and came to my home with a brand new Rheem hot water heater in an hour. He is honest, professional and polite, explained to me all the details about the installation and city code. My water heater is in a tight space and he finished the installation in about 2 hours. There is no extra or hidden charges. I am extremely happy with the work he did and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

I called this morning around 8 and got a call back from Daniel within minutes. I needed help rerouting a gas line in our garage and he agreed to meet me at the house at 9 (within an hour!). We haven't moved in yet so I couldn't be there waiting or he could have come earlier. He was already there when I pulled up.

It was a surprisingly quick and easy fix. I had all the materials and he said he would just do it since he was already there. The actual job only took about 20 minutes and I had nothing more to worry about. He was nice, accommodating and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing jobs.

This company really knows their stuff. He even came over on a Sunday without charging me because my hot water heater was leaking badly. They came and installed a waterless one Monday for half the price of anyone else. Extremely professional and fast!

Daniel is a plumbing superhero.

He arrives and sorts your plumbing problems quickly and seems to do it for the good of humankind rather than for an expensive or even average fee. The two times I called he arrived within a few hours for my non-emergency problems. The second time was for a problem only vaguely related to the first call. He refused to accept payment (!), which I (and I hope you) will also refuse. We need to keep him happy and in SD.

Thanks to meeting Daniel, plumbing problems are one thing I'll no longer worry about here.

Honestly, I wish all plumbers are like him!

While others gave me high an estimates, Daniel gave me instructions OVER THE PHONE and helped me fix our garbage disposal, free of charge, saving us AT LEAST $100!

Let's start from the beginning. Our garbage disposal stopped working a few days ago so i've been shopping around over the phone trying to find the cheapest/best person to fix it. I assumed it wouldn't cost more than a few bucks, but was thoroughly shocked when quote after quote came and it was running about $100-200! Desperate, i tried to watch some youtube videos but obviously that didn't work out, and then i called Express Plumbing.

Without any bullshit, he goes ""did you try to reset button?"" ""uh....."" was my reply. He patiently walked me through the procedures and Voila, my garbage disposal came back to life!

Again, i've called at least 3 other plumbers before reaching Daniel and each had a quote higher than the other. Daniel was the only one who didn't even try to give me a quote and instead walked me through how i can fix the issue. Although I do not blame the others for they have to make a profit, I applaud Daniel for his honesty. He didn't make a penny off of us this time, but we're definitely coming back for any future plumbing issues and you should too!!

Disposal wasn't working, roommate/tenant called around. Everyone quoted possibly more than $200. Daniel from Express Plumbing just walked her through pushing a few buttons and releasing, and voila! Working again. No charge. This is as good and honest as it gets.

I gotta fix the volume control valve in the pipes in my condo sometime (probably in June). Will definitely call Express Plumbing!
