Watch out for Aram! He's a crook! Can you imagine a so-called plumber asking for over $1,000 to do a $250 garbage disposal replacement? He did! And with all the other negative reviews here, what does that say about the company and owner? Beware! Use at extreme risk! Stay away!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! DON'T USE THEM.

I called them for the $49 Rooter Job for a clogged bathroom sink. The ""Supervisor Johnny"" & the ""technician Jack"" showed up with a sewer viewing camera, told me the pipe was damaged and caved in, and quoted $12K (or more) to jackhammer my bathroom and re-route the sewer system or else I would end up having to jackhammer the interior of my house above the entire sewer line. The camera view indeed looked terrible. Their technician (plumber) JACK did the emergency repair for the time being. He was very messy, arrogant, used my power tools without permission, and he left the pipes cut too short so that the bathroom plumbing could not be put back together without additional plumbing work. Then I called my homeowner's insurance company to assess the damages from the damaged sewer, and guess what? NO DAMAGES. The images on the assessors' camera was clean and didn't look anything like what Johnny showed me - they were showing me the fake video to trick me into fix what was not broken. All I needed was just a simple rooter job. I was told Jack's work should have taken only for about 2 hrs and about $50 in material. They took 2 days and charged me $1800. I have reported them to the State Contractor's Board and was told they have received similar complaints from other people, too. I am shocked they are still in business.

My house seems to know that it is being sold. Everything that can fall apart is doing so now. The latest crises was a leaking kitchen faucet. I called Express Plumbing, my go-to plumber. Alex, who has helped me in the past of other jobs, was the technician. As usual, I was called an hour before his expected timeframe and told when to expect him. He was on time, friendly, helpful, and most importantly, competent. Both the company and Alex are great: same-day service, pricing given upfront, and the job is fixed. Very pleasant experience.

Do not use this company!! They try to rip you off by telling you that you need more services. First of all he was rude and made very inappropriate comments to my wife who was home alone!! Then he said that he needed to use a camera in the sewer pipe so it was going to cost more. (He only ran the snake half way through the pipe and and stopped before the clog). Being lazy he didn't run the snake all the way to the street telling me he can't fix the problem without using a camera which is more $$$. I told him I don't need a camera so he left scratching my new wood bed frame as he moved the machine!! Plus they were almost double the price of the company I called next!
They don't even deserve one star but yelp won't let you do that.

After researching plumbing companies and talking to customer service, we chose Express Plumbing & Rooter with Andres Velasquez arriving within an hour of our call. Equipment was clean and service was prompt. Using a camera, a broken pipe and large tree roots were the reason the sewer backed up. The crew was efficient and we were pleased and satisfied with Andre's service and demeanor. A new pipe was placed clear to the city pipe. We are back in business and would recommend Andres and this company.

I had a washing machine drain backing up. I called late in the evening and set up an appointment for the next day.

Alex arrived right on time. He was clean and courteous and most importantly got my drain cleared quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

In the past i tried to different plumbing compines, I wasn't happy. My neighbor recommended me Express plumbing & rooter. I used them for this difficult job & they did very proffesional job. i will call them again & for sure will recommend to my friends & family.
