Jesse was fantastic. He solved two tricky problems. A slow draining bathtub that I was unable to snake myself. He determined that the snake was going the wrong direction, perhaps due to an incorrectly oriented fitting. He was able to clear the blockage with some finesse; also replaced a cartridge in the shower and fixed the unorthodox work from the contractor who remodeled the bathroom. The price was also great both relative to the time he spent and compared with the last plumber I used.

Our loft bathroom started leaking water all of a sudden. I knew something was wrong days mounting up because the flusher was acting funny and the toilet just kept making this humming sound. I yelped what was nearby and open...Express was the first to pop up.

Jesse and Adrian helped me out and gave me a quote. I thought they seemed pretty honest after looking into a couple of other places. They were able to stop by within a reasonable time and changed out the flusher and the caulking to our toilet pretty quickly.

Fixed, done. The flusher is working great, no more noise and no more leak!

I heard a leak in the wall on today in the morning. Express Plumbing and Remodeling came out as soon as possible. They graciously tried to make the most inexpensive repair possible. When that didn't work, they took the time to get into the wall and fix the problem immediately rather than scheduling a call during the regular work week. The price was very reasonable and in line with all my other plumbing services. I would call them again for sure.

After some recommendations I looked up this company. I spoke with then and told them my issue with my water boiler. An appointment was setup with me over the next day and was not what I expected.

The plumber introduced himself very politely and showed me step by step what he would be doing. Granted I don't have much experience dealing with other plumbers; this was a good feeling on what to expect.

When the job was done, the plumber called me over to show me everything that was completed. He even proceeded to write on the boiler when the warranty would expire (wish the guy that installed the last one did that!).

All in all, I will definitely add Express Plumbing and Remodeling to my bookmarks for future use (hopefully I will not have an issue again) but if I do, I will call.

My water heater was leaking everywhere, I called Express Plumbing and Remodeling and received a call back within minutes. They were at my home within a half hour!
My repair was very reasonable an my problem was fixed. I definitely recommend Express if you're in the Los Angeles area. I'll be calling them again if I need plumbing repairs in the future!

I had a problem with my water heater; it wasn't staying lit. Express Plumbing and Remodeling were professional and very courteous. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and informative. He was very quick at finding what the problem was (from my not so very good description). I'd definitely recommend these guys and if I ever have another plumbing problem, I'll be calling them first, again.

Highly recommend express plumbing & remodeling. Had a HVAC water heater issue after work hours. Call different companies and was denied for being after 5pm. Until I call express plumbing remodeling. They said yes to my call, came out to check the issue and fixed our problem right away. Tech was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

I had two other plumbers look at a problem with my shower. The RLS cartridge in the handle was problematic not allowing hot water. But what the other two didn't see that Roberto saw right away was the two screws on each side of the cartridge that were not in the right position to allow hot water flow. I found that very smart considering the other two plumbers couldn't seem to figure it out at all and still charged me. Roberto was very professional, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable about plumbing. It was actually fun having him in my house and watching him work on my shower. I'm a mechanical person myself and enjoyed watching someone think a problem through. I would say the price was medium and fair.
