Express Plumbing and Remodeling replaced our old shower tub faucets diverter by removing the existing tiles and re-installing them after the plumbing work was done. No worries about matching new tile shades to existing tile shades. Even with the same lot of white ceramic tiles, the shade can differ slightly if the existing tiles have been on shower walls for a few years. The work was superb. The owner Jacob is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Thank you Jacob for sending us the plumbers Daniel and Laura. Not many plumbers I know can do plumbing and do such neat tile work. No tiles broken, just regrouting needed. A+++++

To be honest, I'm pretty upset that we worked with this company. We originally called the company to give us an estimate on our leaking sink faucet/ shower head. We were told that the faucet needed to be replaced, but they can fix the shower head issue for the time being. The worker went to his truck to get a towel and literally just twisted the shower head! Great that the shower head stopped leaking, but my issue is that they charged me $120 for just tightening up the shower head with a towel. That doesn't seem right to me. I honestly feel ripped off. The receipt that we received literally just said tightened up the shower head. I can see charging me $40-$60 bucks, but not $120. They didn't replace a shower head, just tightened it. Make it make sense to me.

I live in Huntington Park and the job was done on time as Jacob promised. Hot water cold water perfect new pipe from street and everything else. I could of not got a better job from anyone else that drove over here to Huntington Park.

I had recently noticed our drain was flooding after our washer drained. I called Wednesday afternoon and had to be at the airport (LAX) the next day at 3pm. I spoke with the on call plumber and discussed options. I determined I would wait until next morning to deal with the problem.
The next morning we got the appointment scheduled and he came over at around 9am. He assessed the problem, offered solutions, and provided excellent customer service. The problem was fixed in about an hour or so; it was great. I was able to leave for my flight without a worry. Highly recommend Express Plumbing and Remodeling.

Jesse was fantastic. He solved two tricky problems. A slow draining bathtub that I was unable to snake myself. He determined that the snake was going the wrong direction, perhaps due to an incorrectly oriented fitting. He was able to clear the blockage with some finesse; also replaced a cartridge in the shower and fixed the unorthodox work from the contractor who remodeled the bathroom. The price was also great both relative to the time he spent and compared with the last plumber I used.

Our loft bathroom started leaking water all of a sudden. I knew something was wrong days mounting up because the flusher was acting funny and the toilet just kept making this humming sound. I yelped what was nearby and open...Express was the first to pop up.

Jesse and Adrian helped me out and gave me a quote. I thought they seemed pretty honest after looking into a couple of other places. They were able to stop by within a reasonable time and changed out the flusher and the caulking to our toilet pretty quickly.

Fixed, done. The flusher is working great, no more noise and no more leak!

I heard a leak in the wall on today in the morning. Express Plumbing and Remodeling came out as soon as possible. They graciously tried to make the most inexpensive repair possible. When that didn't work, they took the time to get into the wall and fix the problem immediately rather than scheduling a call during the regular work week. The price was very reasonable and in line with all my other plumbing services. I would call them again for sure.

After some recommendations I looked up this company. I spoke with then and told them my issue with my water boiler. An appointment was setup with me over the next day and was not what I expected.

The plumber introduced himself very politely and showed me step by step what he would be doing. Granted I don't have much experience dealing with other plumbers; this was a good feeling on what to expect.

When the job was done, the plumber called me over to show me everything that was completed. He even proceeded to write on the boiler when the warranty would expire (wish the guy that installed the last one did that!).

All in all, I will definitely add Express Plumbing and Remodeling to my bookmarks for future use (hopefully I will not have an issue again) but if I do, I will call.

My water heater was leaking everywhere, I called Express Plumbing and Remodeling and received a call back within minutes. They were at my home within a half hour!
My repair was very reasonable an my problem was fixed. I definitely recommend Express if you're in the Los Angeles area. I'll be calling them again if I need plumbing repairs in the future!
