Jim came to hook up our sink after getting new countertops. We had used him before and he did good work and he was always quick and pleasant. He hooked up our sink andpushed the dishwasher back in and screwed it in telling me that he had hooked up the dishwasher. I thanked him we shook hands and parted ways. That night I tried to start the dishwasher but he had failed to hook the water up. So I hooked the water up and chalked it up to just a missed detail no biggie. The next day at work I get a call saying that the basement walls were melting. I told them to turn the water off and I would check it when I got home. I got home and pulled everything out from under the sink and found a leak in the drain in the back of the wall Jim had hooked up. I called him and he came right over. He agreed there was a leak but argued the amount of damage couldnt be caused by the leak in the pipe. He worked for hours and called me over to say that he had found the main problem and that was the dishwasher underneath were the water was hooked in was loose which I the homeowner never had touched so I had no idea there was a leak there. He fixed the leak in the sink but had to cut a hole in the wall and put a new hose on the dishwasher. Trying to be fair I agreed that I may have caused some of the damage but I didnt know how much of it was caused by him and how much by me. We told him my father in law is a drywall taper and we could get it fixed relatively cheaply we would have to just charge for the paint and new walls. He asked us not to go to insurance and we agreed as long as he agreed to pay half. He agreed as long as it was less than $1000. We got the repairs done and all for $900. We told him it was finished and sent him the invoices. He said they were fake and we were trying to scam him. Flabbergasted we told him we could give him the numbers to the people who did the work but he refused and just told us the check would be in the mail. Months the check never came. I reached out again and he did eventually send a check but it was for far less than the agreed upon amount. He again blamed us for the damage and accused us of making up fake invoices. Like really guy, you saw the damage who has the time and connections to create such and elaborate lie? Now surely he will respond to this review and say I'm lying and blame me but if you look at all the negative reviews of him that is what he does to all of them. It's never his fault.. So buyer beware if he makes a mistake he wont own up to it and he will blame and deny. Sorry that is just not good business.

We had an emergency late at night with a shower and when we called he was very friendly and was patient while working with us. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent service and extremely polite. Jim was very knowledgeable and able to handle my plumbing emergency even though other companies were unable or unwilling. I will definitely be using him in the future.

We used them before. They were quick and fast. Need a another job done. Called them twice. They always promise to call back. After 6 weeks, we called someone else that came right out. I guess they have enough business they did not need mine.

I have had them out 3 times for different jobs and all were at a great price and done excellently. I had Roto Rooter out before and it was CRAZY EXPENSIVE. Stick with Express Pluming none of us need to be ripped off by the ""trades"" people.

Jim did a fantastic job installing our new gas line for our range and grill. He scheduled the estimate and service very quickly. He was also less than half the price of the three other quotes that we received from Mr. Rooter, Maplewood Plumbing, and SC Hosack Plumbing; you can be extremely confident he's not ripping you off. I'm not familiar with how gas piping should be installed but the STL County inspector and my friend who used to build houses both said it looked like a great, clean, and safe installation!

Sorry to say that these guys cannot be trusted. I had a simple job that was performed on my bathroom sink. ( I didn't realize that it was loose. ) Express Plumbing came over and within 5 minutes determined that the sink was indeed loose. It was about 1 minute to tightened the connection and then I was told that it would cost $125. I basically laughed at the plumber and said, ""are you kidding me?"" He looked at me straight faced and said, ""No, I'm not kidding. My boss told me to charge you $125"" I was a bit shocked. I called the owner and explained what ""work"" had been performed. He said he would ""take care of it"" I took that to mean that he would atleast lower the bill. He did not. If you want to pay high prices for almost no work, call these jokers.
