Had a pipe break in my bathroom sink, leaking faucets in my shower and pinhole leaks in my dishwasher supply line. The last plumber I had used was unavailable having been deployed with his Army Reserve unit overseas. After being stood up by a different plumber that I called, I asked for recommendations from people I work with. Tom from Express was highly recommended, I now know why. He answers his phone, and returns calls promptly. I spoke to Tom on Friday at 6 pm and explained my problems. He asked me to text him pictures of the shower handles that were leaking ( very old American Standard shower ) I had estimates for all 3 jobs ( with parts & labor listed separately for each ) , and Tom gave me options on the repair. He showed up promptly the next morning with all the parts needed to fix everything , including several options. He got everything finished in 2 hours. He explained everything he was doing step by step. Responsive , Great work, fair price, What else can I say...
Tom has me as a customer from now on.

Excellent, reliable plumber who actually answers his phone and fits you into his busy schedule quickly!!! Tom McGrogan has been doing work at my home for 20 years and just did another job this month! Communication with him by phone and text is easy. Many times he has accommodated my schedule and come on weekends and evenings. Jobs always done right, prices very reasonable--and I have always found Tom to stand behind his work. This is the plumber whose number you DON'T lose.
