Got assigned for a toilet leak via warranty company. They did come in pretty quickly to take a look at the problem, but couldn't fix as they did not have the part in the truck and had to come back another day. The day of the repair comes, but got a call from Rochelle the dispatcher that tech cannot fix as he has COVID and I have to wait for couple of weeks. When quizzed about other plumbers in the company who can take over the job, as I cannot wait for a couple of weeks, the dispatcher got upset, was rude and cancelled my job with the warranty company. The dispatcher Rochelle seems to have a serious attitude problem, the plumber who came in to inspect was a nice guy though

Irina, while I understand as a business owner you would respond like you did I think you're missing the point. Although the time frame of your repairs was very excessive, that wasn't my complaint. One of my complaints was that I had to reach out to you instead of you keeping me updated. And, when I did reach out, I could tell your technician had not looked into ordering the part and would have let this repair go if I had not followed up on it. To keep in regards to the time frame, my issue is that you took 4 weeks to complete the repair, rescheduled me the day of, but yet would not give me 20 minutes for an emergency situation I was having. If you want to address this issue, instead of the ""issue"" you did address, I would appreciate it. I never once complained that your technician did not appear to know what he was doing. My complaint is about the rudeness and unprofessionalism of your employees. I wasn't the only one that noticed how rude Adrian was. There happened to be someone else in my house at the time and they got the same impression I did. And I totally disagree with you saying you listened to the recorded conversations and did not find an issue. Your employees are rude, short, and seem annoyed the couple times I did talk to them. As far as my conversation with Adrian the day of the appointment.... I asked if he can give us 20 minutes, the phone went silent, I asked if he was still there, he let out a long annoyed sigh and began to tell me that was the time scheduled, I tried to explain my situation, he consistently tried to talk over me and was not interested in helping me out, he said he would not be able to come out and we would need to reschedule, and that's when I ""cursed him out"" and said are you f-ing kidding me, after waiting 4 weeks for a repair, dealing with your employees negative attitudes, having to stay on top of your business to make sure you were going to complete the repair, allowing you to reschedule me, I was beyond frustrated. And if that's the high horse you're going to sit on then nothing will change. Look how many poor reviews you have. Look how many of them are 1 star, and if there was an option for 0 stars I'm sure you would have plenty of those. There's a saying, if it's more than 2, it's you. You really need to look at how your employees interact with people. There are plenty of experienced technicians and companies out there that don't treat their customers the way you do.

They helped me to find the leak caused by the roofing company working on the roof caused rain going through my condo walls and ceiling. They spent 2 days figuring that out.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! THE WORST SERVICE.
I called Express Plumbing Heating and Air on Oct. 16th when our AC went out, the first available was Oct 27th so I accepted the wait for Oct. 27th for the technician to come out and repair our AC. Received a call at approximately 10 a.m. on Oct. 27th from the technician telling us he could not come out due to issues with height. This company was aware our outside AC unit was located on the roof but yet waited to cancel on us. They did not reschedule because they only have 1 Technician that services all of San Diego. Not a reputable company. The Customer Service Rep, Rachelle was very rude and would not give me the complete names of the manager or owner. I asked to speak to the manager and she abruptly places me on hold for over 6 minutes, so I just hung up.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited over a month with several canceled appointments to do a simple igniter replacement. Each excuse was more unprofessional than the last. First the tech is sick then the truck is broken down, the part hasn't come yet and the final straw... the part was stolen off the porch! What kind of shat show are they running over there?! A month with no hot water and no option to get a new contractor thru home warranty. Called the customer service line to get an explanation of why so many excuses are being made and the emotional ditz that answered the phone didn't like the questions I was asking, accused me of yelling (which I was not yelling or being loud ) Definitely not a Karen here. I mean I waited a month for hot water! No more babble here. Don't waste your time or money on unreliable companies like this one. Lesson learned here for sure.

Worst!!!!!I use the warranty and they help me to choose this business. However, they didn't find out the problem and they just gone. They didn't solve the problem! And I make a appointment again the customer told me I need to pay the service fee again! I won't use this company any more!

Worst customer service ever. Forced to use them through our home warranty. Our AC stopped blowing cold air and the soonest they could send someone was 3 weeks later, which I thought was completely unacceptable, (Still waiting for technician to come out) but again going through the home warranty so I was stuck. Called another company just to get a diagnosis, and as we thought the AC needs freon. Called Express back just to ask if their technicians have freon on the trucks in case their diagnosis is the same so I don't have to wait another 3+ weeks to get my AC fixed in the middle of the hot East County summer. The girl I spoke to was very unpleasant and clearly annoyed with my questions. If I ever have plumbing or HVAC issues in the future I will be sure to tell my home warranty NOT to assign this company to my service request.

Cheap parts. After plumber left, toilet runs water then stops intermittently. Unfortunately tenants told me 44 days after service was done, so out of 30 day warranty period. They won't stand by their work.

Rudy was the best help ever! It is so nice to have a mature educated plumber. He was so kind and explained what was going on with my faulty faucet. He was clean and efficient.

This place is not professionally managed. Technician that showed up had an attitude of a president of a company.
