so my home warranty company sent them out - I can't say the service was great, the gentleman they sent out was late like way late!! but he seem to of diagnosed the problem and although he said i will still have to wait for paperwork to clear I am happy that my sink be fixed soon!!!

Absolutely atrocious.
I too had to use this company through my home warranty to fix a leaky sink. Four visits later, I still have a leaky sink.
The first guy, Joe, misdiagnosed the problem. Twice. The second guy, Victor, was rude, condescending, and also misdiagnosed the problem.
Next I had a different plumber from a different company out to fix a different problem. He told me exactly what was leaking, but he couldn't fix it because he had been called out for something else (genius home warranty logic). So when I had the misfortune of dealing with Victor and his attitude again for Express Plumbing's fourth appointment, I told him what the other plumber found. Victor said he didn't see a leak. I showed him where there was water pooling. He said he couldn't replicate the leak by running the water, dropped an invoice on my table and walked out.
UPDATE: I sent a message to the owner, who offered to refund my home warranty service fee, which I appreciate.

HORRIBLE! My story is the same as all the other bad reviews - but they call themselves ""ALL EXPRESS PLUMBING"" is this the same company? Home Warranty - no return phone calls, showing up at the latest possible time of the window, not fixing the problem, not calling when they are supposed to - rude!! I am on DAY 7 of major plumbing problems - finally had to demand a new company to get the work finished and clear the remaining stoppages. I would NEVER pay these guys - if it weren't for the Home Warranty, they would probably be out of business.

Worst plumber I've ever encountered. We had the unfortunate luck of having Express Plumbing be our home warranty's second opinion on our water heater. The first plumber checked it out and immediately could tell it was not working right and requested we get a new one. Since home warranties don't want to pay for things, they hired the incompetent Express Plumbing to evaluate our water heater. The plumber said it was working great and had 75% of its life yet.
However, he was not able to get us hot water from a fifty gallon tank for more than a few minutes. He could not determine what was wrong with our water heater so he said that it worked and did nothing to fix it. Then he tried blaming the lack of hot shower water on the type of valve that was being used saying how it automatically lowers the temperature in the shower to not make it too hot for its users. To ""prove"" this to us, he measured the temperature of the closest faucet and said it would be a good 20 degrees hotter. Well it was a whopping 1 degree warmer. Probably by luck if you ask me. So after his ""inspection,"" we are left with a ""working water heater"" that provides just about no hot water.
Don't trust him with your animals! He also told us a story how on a recent job the owners of the home explicitly said, don't let our two cats out. What did he do? Let the cats out.
Ultimate fail. If I could give him a zero I would. One star is much too generous.
Edit:
Incident #2
Express Plumbing came out to my house for a second time for my Home Warranty claim to look at an intermittent leak. I was trying to explain the problem to him and he looked at the faucet, saw it was not leaking at that moment, and said, well, there's no leak, there's nothing I can do and charged for coming out. Waste of time and money. He did no troubleshooting.
Later I discovered that the faucet would leak after a shower was taken. I called the HW company to send someone else out. Robert from Master Plumbing came out and discovered that it was the water heater causing the problem. When the hot water was used, like after taking a shower, the water heater would kick in and shoot the water pressure super high since the water heater was super old. So when a real plumber came out, he could tell the water heater was broken out and find the problem with the leaking faucet.

STAY AWAY!! If your home warranty company refers you to them, please ask for another company! They don't care att all about people's time. I reported a slab leak to my warranty company and they contacted Express. I was given a 10am-2pm window that Firday, so I stayed home work to be available. Guy comes right at 2pm and says he didn't have the equipment with him to do a leak detection and that he'd have to come back. Ended up coming back at 8:30pm and said I have a slab leak (which I already knew) and someone would call me to set up the repair. I waited all day Monday and ended up calling them to set up an appointment for Wed between 12pm-4pm. So I take another day off work on Wed and at 1pm, guy calls and says he has an emergency and can't make it that we'd have to push it to another day. What world do they live in that they think people call just continue to take days off work to wait around for them!!? After wasting 2 days away from work, I called my home warranty company and demanded to work with a different company!!

This is a review of the home warranty process and Express:
Cliff Notes:
Express was quick, tidy and professional. The Home Warranty company makes everything a pain in the butt by over-complicating the process and nickel and diming you to death while delaying you repair.
Whole Story:
They were contracted as part of my home warranty service and I was nervous after reading the reviews. They scheduled an appointment to view the issue (Leaking water heater) which was a 3-7pm window on a Tuesday afternoon. I chanced it and worked until 5pm knowing people always show up at the tail end of these appointment windows. He showed up at 6:50pm and agreed it was beyond repair. Normally, this results in them leaving for a couple minutes and returning with a water heater from Home Depot. Instead, they had to approve the claim and make another appointment to install the new heater. Mind you, my water heater has been out since Saturday and here we are Tuesday night getting approval. Of course, it would take Wednesday to process the claim and Thursday was Thanksgiving so the next available appointment was Monday, 1pm-5pm. Luckily, I took off work and headed home around 12:45 as Express showed up promptly at 1pm. They handled the job neatly and professionally and were, as a company, a pleasure to deal with.
This is a complaint about the home warranty service that contracts them. I'm sure they could've taken care of it in a day had the protocol of my HW service not been such a PITA. I found mold in the water heater cabinet an ended up removing the old heater and redoing the drywall and sealing the cabinet myself to avoid dealing with the warranty service again; this made the plumber's job quick and easy as the cabinet was clean, sealed and ready for installation so they were in and out within 2 hours. In hind-sight, I could've done the job myself for around $200-$300 more than I paid the HW company as there was a $60 flat diagnostic fee and my ""Non-Covered Fees"" were $215. I did everything myself short of installing and purchasing the new water heater and that is almost worth not having to deal with another week without hot water.

Wish there was a way to give 0 stars. Not only did they call to change their initial appointment to a day later (always good when you're talking about heating and cooling). They changed the appointment to the middle of the day, because you know, most people have nothing else to do but wait for the AC guy (that part might be true of some, sadly not those that are gainfully employed and disappear in the middle of the day). While the technician was a nice enough guy, they had to order a replacement part, fine, whatever. Tell me you can get it before Friday but concerned about scheduling? Ok, easy enough, let me call in and make an appointment. I call in, they say they cannot make an appointment until they know they have the piece in stock, but assure me that they have plenty of open spots on Friday and will give me a call back later that day. Of course the day comes and goes without a single phone call - shocking right? Call the next morning and of course Friday is now all booked up. Now I get to wait until Monday for an appointment in the middle of the day - again. This is the company my home warranty service contracted out - I wish I could use someone else because I would never ever recommend these people to anymore.

Originally I used Express Plumbing because a Home Warranty Plan sent them as the plumbers for a job.
They were so efficient and accurate , even the set up was so easy with the office.
I am a Realtor and a Re modeler and I now use them for all my jobs Home Warranty and the ones where there is no HW Plan , as they are the best Plumbing Company I have come across in years.
Their prices are very reasonable and they are "" johnny on the spot"" I am so happy with this company...AND as far as plumbing company's go that is a HUGE RECOMMENDATION.
San Diego California
Thank You,
Nancy Viller

Terrible company!!!!!
Express Plumbing is as corrupt as the warranty insurance company!!!!!
Do not deal with these people, you will be sorry.
When the plumber (if he really was one) did finally show up after breaking several appointments he quickly misdiagnosed everything - actually came without any tools!!!!! Did not want to even try to fix anything, just called for the home warranty company to send a second opinion so he didn't have to do anything.

I hate to give this company even one star. The worst! Took a small problem and created three more then was not available for 4 days to fix it. Had to get another plumber or live with the water completely turned off to the house. Lied about parts availability in order to accommodate their own schedule. Truly a BAD company!
