If you want to get ripped off use this company. Had to pay a $99 fee just to guarantee they show up that day then got a quote for $864 to repair the leak so a total of $963. when i said that was ridiculous, he laughed and said welcome to plumbing. I called another plumbing company they came out and quoted $225 for labor and $24.36

Extremely expensive repair pricing and $250/hour for diagnostics. Quoted $1100 to repair contactor and capacitor. Found a local company to come out and charge less than 1/4 of the price. Wouldn't recommend, seems like they're taking advantage of the intense summer heat and the influx of people now living in the valley

They replaced our hvac system back in February. They failed the city inspection multiple times, and our thermostat failed in March. They took the thermostat out of our house so we don't have the model or serial number to file a claim through another company. It's been 6 months and they have stopped communicating or responding. We've set appointments and they confirmed and then no showed. Save yourself the stress and go with someone with more value!

I paid $5980 for a Halo water conditioner on the word of an express plumbing installer. This was a higher price than the softener option. I wanted a water softener because of the hard water here in Nampa. He promised this system was BETTER than a softener because it would soften the water AND also tasted great!
We'll, it's 6 months later and my toilets and my brand new dishwasher is full of hard water spots and scaling is on everything.
I complained so the installer came back out on March 28th and agreed the scaling was bad. Halo said they don't promise no scaling.
The installer said he would check with the owner and get back to me. He was called on March 29th and April 4th telling me he would call back. To date, no calls back. Also, I emailed the company and no word back.
I'm stuck with this junk and still no resolution.
I'm frustrated and really don't want anyone else to go through this.

I had the pleasure of working with this company yesterday. When I called and explained my problem they scheduled a technician to come out the next day to look at it.
Todd came out and looked at everything and gave me several options that would both resolve my issue as well as fit my budget. Todd made sure I was fully aware of what each option covered as well as the price.
Todd completed the work quickly and efficiently, he even took some time to answer my questions regarding their other services. I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing, gas, and HVAC system.

So glad I found Express Plumbing! Our toilets had been acting up for a few weeks (both upstairs) and the morning I called Express one of them had completely given out. It wasn't an emergency as one was still usable (post plunge) but when I called to schedule an appt the customer service agent was so kind and helpful. She listened to the issue and had Matthew Adrian at our house within 2 hours! Matthew was knowledgeable and kind, and didn't try to upsell items that weren't needed. He ended up replacing one of the toilets, and I will definitely have him return to replace the other one here soon. Thank you Matthew and Express! You definitely have a return customer.

These guys were amazing. Quick response helped us right away. He did have to leave a couple times to get parts. Which is why I'm rating 4 stars. I would think valves and plugs would be available on his car... but great work with and super professional.

We needed a Plummer to fix a leak...so express came out and he had to splice a line after cutting a 5x8 hole in the wall total job 30 minutes..part cost
20 dollars and we were billed 436.00
Outrageous...also during the covid virus...plummer didn't wear mask or gloves....
When I called and questioned
The bill. And what the hourly rate was I was told they don't have any...i was shocked. She stated they do their own quotes.
I will never use this company again..

Express Plumbing did an okay job in removing and re-installing our toilet prior to and after new tile installation in our bathroom. However, they are pricey! If you need something done quickly and have no other choice, then be prepared to pay an exorbitant rate. We paid $515 to have our old toilet removed and a new toilet (which we provided) installed. Nothing fancy, just a straightforward installation.
