Once I bought a service agreement I was last on the list for service. three days off work trying to have the AC serviced. Before that they gave my mom an estimate for almost $4000.00 for a water heater replacement, it ended up being a small valve replacement, by another plumbing company.
We realize the techs are in training, however, there seems to be bigger issues. Very disappointing.

As always, Express Plumbing was awesome to work with. Simon addressed all of the issues, repaired and replaced old parts, and was pleasant and professional. I have relied on Express for a number of jobs while maintaining my home, from air conditioning to water pressure, and faucet replacements. I appreciate the work you do. Thank you

December 2022 - 5 Stars - Called in the morning. A sewer line scoping was scheduled for that afternoon. A $79 service charge was paid at the time of appointment booking.
The technician arrived as expected in the afternoon.
After the scoping was completed, the problem identified, and a repair identified and explained, the technician formulated an estimate and presented 3 pricing options for the needed sewer line repairs. The quotes were the best that we had received and we chose one of the options.
A deposit for 1/2 of the repair quote and the cost of the sewer line scoping charges were paid at that time.
An excavation crew were scheduled for the next morning. As it turned out, the work needed to be delay by a couple of days and then needed to be postponed for a few weeks and a refund of the deposit was needed.
When Express Plumbing was contacted, a refund of the deposit was initiated and the full amount of the deposit was returned via check.
Jamie, in the office, and Simon, the technician, were very good to work with. When adjustments to the schedule and the eventual refund were required, they were prompt and professional.
Express Plumbing would be called on in the future if the services they offer are needed.

Update - August 2023: Engaged to modify the plumbing and heating and A/C venting for a 2-bathroom remodel. Several drain and vent lines, two toilet drains, and water supply lines for two vanities and two toilets had to be repositioned.
Don Hope was the senior plumber assigned with his apprentice, Sam, assigned to assist. Don and Sam arrived on Monday morning with Simon to review what needed to be done. Don and Sam worked many hours through Friday to get the plumbing situated for the remodel and for the plumbing inspection. The work was done above and beyond that required by code. I would recommend Don and Same to anyone and everyone. 5-Stars

On Tuesday, a heating and A/C technician arrived for what he thought was supposed to be a simple maintenance call. He was summoned by Express personnel, not by the customer. What was needed was an experienced review and recommendation of how to reroute the two heating and A/C vents for the old bathroom configuration to accommodate the new configuration. The technician didn't know what to do because those tasks were beyond his expertise. Skyler came and made an assessment of the work required. The technician remained for the rest of Tuesday and completed the work on Wednesday morning. The work done was to cap two vents, pull out the old, unused vents (about 8' each), cut a new hole in the heat-A/C duct, install new flexible ducts and install two heat vents (one for each adjacent bathroom) from the same line of flexible duct. All of the work done by the technician had to be done with the mentoring of Don, in addition to Don's main task of modifying and reconfiguring the plumbing and mentoring his apprentice, Sam. The HVAC technician created congestion and required distractions from Don's work that slowed Don's progress. The work completed was correct and accomplished what was needed - only because Don supervised and mentored the HVAC work at the expense of his own tasks - additionally - the quoted amount of time and effort for the work and supplies expended for the HVAC work was outrageous - especially when compared to the amount quoted for extensive and complicated work required for the plumbing. I would not recommend Express HVAC services to anyone. I signed up for a 1-year annual checkup schedule and am now regretting doing so. 1-Star

Every time that someone from Express was coming to the house, an email was sent the day before with a request for confirmation. Text messages were received when they were on their way. Customer Notifications - 5 stars

At the time when the HVAC work was quoted and I requested 1-year of maintenance service, I was quoted the regular price of $205 for a fall furnace check-up and spring A/C checkup. Their website shows that each of those services could be requested separately for $79 each. Buyer beware! - 1 Star

Another complaint of Express Plumbing is that they never offered an itemized invoice after the work was completed to justify the quote issued before the work began for either the plumbing remodeling or the HVAC changes. - Customer billing and invoicing - 1 Star

I knew my air conditioning was on its last days. It had been installed when the house was built in 2001/02. Express sent out four talented team members to install my new air conditioner, coil and thermostat. Don (team leader), Jose, Elyse & Shane were all Express employees who demonstrated great teamwork, knowledge & skill in accomplishing what was no easy job. I'm amazed at how well my new air conditioner, coil, thermostat, copper tubing, etc...all work together flawlessly to provide outstanding cooling and it's so much quieter than the old a.c./furnace. I couldn't be happier!

I would like to thank Express Plumbing for addressing my issues with Intermountain Gas Company's workmanship, having broken the main line water supply to my home. My first contact was with the supervisor at Express Plumbing, Brandon. Very professional and assured me that once they re-excavate the area, I would be informed of the status of the repairs done by Intermountain. My eventual contact with the District Supervisor, Ron for Intermountain Gas; had Brandon act as the person in charge.

Without Intermountain Gas being able to provide any details of their mishap, Brandon informed me his crew would assess the situation and inform me of what needed to be done. Turned out Intermountain should not have done the repairs as informed by the District Manager and Express plumbing found that the repairs made were inadequate, having the replaced broken section of the water line having only one poorly seated tie-in repair and that two should have been performed.

If not followed up, this repair could have eventually failed, costing myself as the homeowner thousands down the road as Intermountain could not provide follow up work orders to the repairs they did. An outstanding effort by John and Brian, the two workman for Express Plumbing is duly noted and is of much thanks. Not only did they assertion the problem, they repaired it correctly and professionally, informing me as their work progressed. They even provided pictures and repaired the broken sprinkler line as a courtesy. Brian ran the Bobcat excavating like none seen yet. John went the extra mile to make sure all matters were secure. Many thanks to Express Plumbing and these three professionals.

We had a toilet back-up in the basement with water running over, it was a Saturday morning. We called Express Plumbing needing someone as soon as possible. Our plumber was not available and we needed this addressed immediately. We were told that the technician was at another job, but we would be next in cue. 2.5 hours later, our technician showed up. When he surveyed the job, I filled him in on all the items we were suspicious about, either a clog between the toilet and the sump pump or a problem with our sump pump. He walked around, looked at both areas, and it was apparent that he did not know what he was doing. He was likely a journey man who was not working with his professional. He called his company mentor and was on the phone with him for about 45 minutes, asking him questions, and checking on things that his mentor was telling him to do. He still didn't really determine what was wrong, other than he thought it was something wrong with our sump pump, and that we would need to replace the sump pump. He went to his truck to write up our options. He was there for about a half hour, on the phone. When he finally came back, he had several options ranging from $3,128 (with their premium maintenance service, a sump pump alarm, and the replacement and ridding of old sump pump) down to $1,081, which was only for replacing the sump pump without the premium service or an alarm, etc. I didn't have much faith in this ""plumber"" and paid the $79 service visit fee and told him that I would call if we wanted to schedule. Our plumber showed up today and the issue was not even the sump pump. There was a blockage in the plumbing beneath the toilet, which our plumber was able to access this and clear the clog. The whole job (minus the Express 'plumber's' service call on Saturday) costed $250. Toilet works and our current sump pump is working perfectly. We wasted a lot of time on Saturday with this company, as they sent one of their inexperienced workers. It likely took him a long time to reach us because he didn't know what he was doing at the previous property, as well. We gave up some fun plans that day due to this company not being responsible for sending a knowledgeable and experienced plumber. It seems like this company is more about marketing and trying to sell you a bunch of add ons, more than they really want to provide you with good plumbers with good experience and knowledge. I will never call this company again.

Tried multiple times to get an estimate on the cost of getting my septic lines scoped. I was told they don't give estimates, but that the technician would give me a quote once they were on my property. I asked for a ballpark figure, anything to let me know potential/estimated cost. They said no. That a technician would arrive and tell me the estimate. They told me it is free to have a technician drive to my home, but they would let me know the cost once they got to my home. Also, originally when I had the appointment scheduled, I was given a 5 hour timeframe in the morning for when the technician would show up. I know this is standard, so I took the morning off of work. Then I got a call letting me know they ran out of cameras for scoping because they had new hires in training, using the cameras. So they wanted to know if I could reschedule to an afternoon appointment instead of a morning. I asked for a time, they said anytime from Noon to 5:00. After I already took 8:00 a.m. to Noon off of work to wait for my appointment. No. Schedule your client appointments better and have the equipment available if you're going to make someone wait around for 10 hours, without an accurate ETA. In short, I do certainly think it's possible to give someone a ballpark figure of how much it can cost to have a septic line scoped, but they don't do that. Instead, they try to make you book the appointment and get a tech out there so they're already on the property and can charge you whatever rate they throw at you, since you're more likely to have the service done out of convenience. And, I think they can do a better job of having the equipment available so that their customers aren't being tossed around waiting on their appointment. The end. I will not call them again. It was an annoying experience.

We had some major issues with our plumbing that took us by surprise. We couldn't shut the hose of and we were losing water by the minute. I called Express Plumbing and they made an appointment to get a technician out the same day. It turns out that smell in our drinking water did have a source. Our copper pipes were had leaks and corrosion. Express Plumbing replaced our copper with some PEX and lo and behold the yucky smell and taste was gone from our water supply!!! They did a great job!!!! Highly recommend
