Didn't show up the first day. Missed the appointment window on second day. Said the quote for sewer work would be free then on second day said the quote would be $200 which I could apply to the work. I cancelled the service call.

Well I got a call from a person representing Express Plumbing the 6th of December. She wanted to know why we would write a review so negative? Really? I still haven't got an apology or any response from any management person. It looks to me like the main problem with Express Plumbing is the management. Still wouldn't call them for any kind of TIMELY repair. C P

Beware-limited knowledge of what they are doing. $700 of work on my backed up sewer and had to get someone else out 2 days later. Sprayed green paint to mark sewer line that I still haven't gotten out of my beautiful concrete patio. I called the office and they promised they would be out to clean it up and never did. My hallway has marks on the wall where they dragged hoses. Nice guys but honesty need to be trained better or fond another line of work.

Very good service, very professional and did a very good job at providing the service. The service person, was friendly and professional.
They are very expensive, incredibly expensive labor rates. I'd recommend them, but warn you it's gonna cost you.

Trevor was very professional, friendly, and arrived right on time. This was the first time we had our septic pumped at this house and my husband and I were unsure where it was located. Trevor was able to find it in only a few minutes. The whole process went quicker than I was expecting. When the job was done I was given some very useful info regarding maintenance and how often to have the septic serviced. I was very happy with the service we received and would definitely use Express Septic Plumbing again.

Called express plumbing due to some minor problems. They sent Toven out that afternoon. Turned out he didn't have to do much so our bill was minimal. He also gave us some good advice and an estimate on future work. I will definitely recommend Express. Plumbing and Toven to friends. I can see why they have so many 5 star ratings.

My mom had a small flood in her basement when their main water drain line plugged during the night. I called Express based on Yelp reviews and they had someone out that afternoon (on a holiday) and he was able to resolve the issue quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price! The technician was clean cut, professional, informative, and respectful. We were very grateful to the technician and to the office staff for making this process so easy and affordable!

At first they were good. Then it went downhill. Never on time, they would call couple hours later (sometimes we had to call them) to say they couldn't make it that day that we scheduled. My boyfriend and I had to leave work early or show up later. Missed a few hours of work for nothing. It has taken them a whole month to work on our plumbing. It seems like we are their last priority. Their contracted sheet-rock wall person showed up today but then left minutes later to go snow plow (other job). Now its going to take another week to patch up the holes in the walls they created. I am not pleased that they can't keep their word and be on time.
