Express Plumbing Heating & Air was founded by Ben, focusing on plumbing, drain cleaning, septic services, and excavation. In the early days, he ran service calls in the daytime and did paperwork after hours. He grew the company to cater to residential and commercial customers, incorporating HVAC services. In 2019, a long-time employee, Brad Jordan, became a co-owner. Later in 2020, Chloe D, a dedicated employee, also became a co-owner. The company now serves over 11,000 satisfied clients in Nampa, Idaho, and the surrounding communities.
Ben gained extensive experience at local plumbing and drain cleaning businesses for many years. He founded Express Plumbing Heating & Air in May 2006 to fulfill one mission: ""to ensure every person lives a safe and happy life"". Starting his own business allowed him to provide reliable and high-quality work for every client, care for his team, and contribute to the community.
Ben is proud to have a dedicated team that aligns with his vision. To support the business's growth, he added two more owners who share the same vision. The collective effort of the team is focused on achieving that vision. The goal continues to be: ensuring every individual lives a safe and happy life!

Daniel L.These guys were great. Professional, and on time. I needed a gas line installed and a water softener recommendation and installation. Everything went smooth and on budget. Thank you Phil, Don, Daniel and TJ.
We needed a Plummer to fix a leak...so express came out and he had to splice a line after cutting a 5x8 hole in the wall total job 30 minutes..part cost
20 dollars and we were billed 436.00
Outrageous...also during the covid virus...plummer didn't wear mask or gloves....
When I called and questioned
The bill. And what the hourly rate was I was told they don't have any...i was shocked. She stated they do their own quotes.
I will never use this company again..
Express Plumbing did an okay job in removing and re-installing our toilet prior to and after new tile installation in our bathroom. However, they are pricey! If you need something done quickly and have no other choice, then be prepared to pay an exorbitant rate. We paid $515 to have our old toilet removed and a new toilet (which we provided) installed. Nothing fancy, just a straightforward installation.
They provided an outrageous estimate that basically was the equivalent of 300/hr.
If you want to get ripped off then this is the business for you.
Don't trust My daughter had an emergency in on a Saturday afternoon and I was preparing to you going to surgery so I called Express plumbing they got out there quick but took advantage of the situation and charged I feel way too much over $500. To replace the supply line and valve on the toilet took about 15 minutes.
Judy J.After a small disaster of my own creation, I found Express Plumbing Service in Nampa. I called around 9 and got an immediate response from Daniel. I described my problem and he dispatched Simon who arrived within 20 minutes. I was advised via email and text of who to expect- complete with a photo- and by what time. Simon arrived as expected and immediately gave me an estimate and addressed my problem. He was gone within a short time. I could not be happier with his work. He also cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommended!
Express Plumbing did a great job of replacing my hot water heater and bringing my plumbing system up to code. They were prompt, polite, and provided a reasonable quote. They completed the work in one day, so I was out of hot water in 24 hours. Highly recommended and we would definitely use Express again.
Now I know...this is the last plumbing company I would ever call on to work on my house again. Called them up because of a clogged toilet & the first guy came out & didn't have the tools he suggested to use so a different guy came to the house the next morn. He removed my toilet & then crawled under the house & said because of the backed up toilet there was raw sewage that leaked under the house & did damage to the subfloor surrounding the toilet & he was very eager to call a hazardous clean up crew & that it was very necessary, so I approved to get an estimate from the hazardous clean up crew(apparently his buddy). The guy came out & wanted to rip out the floor in my brand new bathroom as well as some of the kitchen floor because according to him, the damage probably spread to the kitchen. Again...this hazardous clean up guy was very eager to start right away at tearing apart my house for so called thousands of dollars in damage. I told them to please give me a few hours to come up with the money & both companies left. Well to sum this up.....I crawled under the house myself to see the raw sewage damage to the subfloor in the bathroom. I saw a QUARTER size wet spot on the subfloor directly next to the toilet sewage pipe. A household fan & small heater left on for 5 hours to dry the subfloor completely & a new $10 wax seal for the toilet & my problem was fixed. Got the bill for almost $600 from the plumbing company to pull the toilet & snake the sewer drain & I had to finish the job myself. This pluming company deserves a HALF star if yelp would let me, only because the very first guy they sent out was nice & professional & I don't think he had anything to do with the racket the second guy & his ""hazardous clean up crew"" we're running. After checking reviews for ""Quick Dry Restoration"" this is the scam that the owner, Evan Gines has pulled on others before trying it on me. Please use caution if u decide to use either of these companies on your house & I wish you luck & hope that u have very deep pockets.
This company has excellent customer service, from the office staff to the septic servicers to the experienced and courteous plumbers. The work provided is thorough, explained well, and timely. They find multiple ways to ensure that their customers are satisfied. We have used them a few times now with this older house, and are very pleased with the outcome.
Eli T.The reason for the two stars, is because the guy was actually super nice. He was kind and tried to help.
But I called to get the plumbing fixed and it only made it worse. I was also charge $300 for the work not being done, which was totally ridiculous. I had to then go pay another plumber ""Al's"" who did an awesome job and got it unplugged.
Its just so incredibly dissatisfying to pay a company to do something, but only made the problem worse and not fix the issue. I cant say i'd call again.
