My experience in the plumbing industry may be of significant value to your household. I was raised a plumbing family going back to my ancestor. At the age of nine, my father began to plumbing jobs. I was fortunate to see generations plumbers ply the trade and by the age of 15, I was a competent plumber's helper. In 1985, I had completed the Associated Builders and Contractors training program and obtained my Completion of Apprenticeship from the Florida state. In 1988, I passed my State Plumbing Contractors exam, with an average test score of 82.5 points, making me, at that time, one of Florida's youngest State Certified Plumbing Contractors. In the year 1991, I received my State of Florida public school district teacher's certificate and taught plumbing in an adult education program.

Dawn B.All too often you hear of people having plumbing work done and they pay a lot of money for the work, but the quality of the work isn't up to par with what you would expect. However Express Plumbing isn't like that at all and you'll not be complaining about the finished job. What you'll be scratching your head for is the bill you get for the work they completed. If you are in a crunch and are worried about who will give you a quality finished product but aren't worried about the cost, then Express Plumbing is your choice. If you are on a budget or the job is small I'd reconsider calling them. I would have given them 5 stars for their quality of work, but the 1 star I wanted to give them for their prices brought their rating down. Since I can't give 2.5 stars and I dislike high costs, I had to go with a 2 star rather than a 3 star.
Richard S.Woke up this morning to water falling from my closet ceiling. Called Express Plumbing (they did my re-pipe) since they advertise 24/7 emergency service ,I called them at 8:30am it's now 1:15pm and still no call back. When I just called Express to find out what's going on I was asked, """" Did they tell you they would call back today?"""" I realize it's Sunday but I guess I misunderstood the whole 24/7 emergency service statement in your paperwork. At this point my husband wants to hire someone else but the re-pipe job comes with a lifetime warranty. Received a call from Express at 2pm, only 1 tech on but would be sure we were taken tomorrow. 8:05 Monday morning Express called saying the tech is heading my way and everything was all repaired by 9:30. Very apologetic about the issues with communication. Whole experience was inconvenient for us, especially cause it was Super Bowl Sunday and we had to cancel our party but Express came through. Excellent plumbers and still highly recommended. They take care of their customers.
