Igor was fantastic! He had my sewer backup fixed in under an hour. He did a thorough job of clearing tree roots and other potential problems. Igor came highly recommended after a friend watched a plumber first hand deceive, over charge, and be outwardly disrespectful to me. It was a great relief to get a plumber here that was helpful, kind and affordable!

I don't understand the negative reviews and overlooked those because they seemed like home warranty issues, which has nothing to do with Igor. I am glad I did!

Igor came to our house in less than 24 hours of when I called. He replaced our pressure regulator, added a ball valve, and for virtually nothing he repaired an issue with our sprinkler system vacuum breaker plumbing. He stuck to the original estimate that was provided and was friendly, neat and timely. Thanks for the great work!! A true very knowledgeable professional!

Igor took on a nightmare gas plumbing re-pipe project at our house and we are so glad to have found him and Express Plumbing. He was able to get the work completed before some of the other companies we reached out to were able to even come out for a quote, and was the most affordable by far. I was so happy with his work that when a plumbing issue came up at my work, we called him up and he was able to get the problem fixed same day! I can't reccomend highly enough, thank you Igor!!

Igor was recommended by a neighbor who is a painter. I have used him twice and and both times he was on time, gave me a fair quote once he saw what needed to be done, did the work as promised and no problems whatsoever. I trust his recommendations, he really seems to know what he is doing and doesn't try to upsell just to make more money. If I tell him I want a quick, cheap fix, he will do it or if I want something to last, he will tell me the best way. I feel like I am in good hands and can count on Igor for any plumbing needs. He replaced cartridges in my shower and bathroom faucets. Replaced the drain and stopper in a bathroom sink, replaced all hoses and valves to the sink faucets and toilets, installed a garbage disposer, installed an air conditioner condensation drain, installed a water main shut off valve and replaced gas shut off valves to the furnace and water heater. We just moved into the house and wanted to make sure everything was in working order since the faucets were dripping, the drain pipe broke and air conditioner was leaking. I will be calling Igor for all our pluming needs from now on and highly recommend him!

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.

My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn't until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.

When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was ""not covered under our warranty,"" yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn't even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.

Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were ""tools"" next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client's house?

Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

A friend referred me to Express Plumbing. What a refreshing change to have found this company!  Excellent service from the first telephone call to the actual service! Igor quickly diagnosed some plumbing issues and repaired my plumbing leak with a quick application of sealant around the fixtures in the shower.  I was worried I had a major leak in the cast iron drain pipe from the tub since the crawlspace dirt was saturated below the tub. Igor did not attempt to take advantage through price gouging or supplying us with unneeded services and products, he simply did the job efficiently and effectively.
I would highly recommend Express Plumbing and I am so glad that I was able to find them!  Many sincere thanks for all of your help!

Avoid Dan Aaron / Dan Murphy or whatever name he goes by now like the plague. He is one of the shadiest characters we have ever dealt with. Sold us a New Bradford White Defender water heater for $2,400 including installation last Monday, the 29th because our old one died. Wanted a check for $1,500 and then $900 cash once installed. Came back almost 3 hours later after we gave him the check. He said he would come out every 6 months to service it and gave some 10 year warranty he provides himself.

Knowing his current level of reliability, do not want him anywhere near it ever again. Told us the old water heater would be picked up within 3 days. I reached out to him 2 days later since we heard nothing and told me would be Thursday. Got a call from a third party on Thursday saying it would be Friday. I had to help the individual move our water heater out. That was not part of the plan. To this day, no invoice has been provided and was promised that on Friday, September 2nd. It is now Tuesday, September 6th. He keeps making excuses and nonsensical texting. Will be lodging an official complaint with the city. Please, do yourself a favor and go with a real company and not this crook. We learned our lesson.

I went on Porch.com to find a plummer who would put in a tankless heater. I was called immediately by Dan Murphy. He came right over and said that it would cost $300 to put the system in. He was very agitated. He didn't pay attention to anything walking around, he forgot his hat, his glasses and his screw driver. He said he would be back with the part. I had a key chain with my son's name on it. My son is a Vet from the Iraq war. He said that he was a Vet and that he would take care of families. He has stellar reviews. I did not see him for several days. He came back a few days later , stating it was a much bigger job and he needed money up front and it would be more expensive. He said he wanted $800.00 then went down to $600.00. He asked for 450.00 up front. I gave him a check. He called me a few mins later and said he needed cash as he was in hurry to get to the store to get the correct parts. i gave him the money and that was my biggest mistake. He never returned. I was without hot water for almost 2 weeks waiting for him to return. He said he put receipts on the Porch. com. He lied. He had to move, he got into a car accident on the way over, he was in and out of the hospital. He basically ripped me off pretending to be a vet. I gave him a day to return my money. He has not. I have contacted Porch.com, The BBB and every organization to get my money back. This guy DAN MURPHY is a creep and a rip off. STAY AWAY!

My water heater went out during the morning June 2013. I searched for plumbers in the yellow pages and wanted to hire a small business owner in Aurora, Co (where I'm located) I came across Express Plumbing. It was a small ad, and stated charges by the job not the hour. I found one review that was very pleased with Express Plumbing and took a chance. Igor Klinsky has a new customer and will refer him to others. Igor was able to install our new hot water heater that same day, was early to the promised appointment time (5pm) and hauled our old one away, staying at the price that he quoted over the phone. Igor is VERY polite and explains everything he needs to do before starting the job. Thank you for being so nice and doing such a terrific job. We really enjoyed having you here.
