Ever have a clogged kitchen drain back up in a major holiday weekend? We did again. Luckily I had Al's cell phone to contact him directly, after trying to Express Plumbing Office on Dec 31 afternoon, when the office was closed. Al took the call while away on vacation and instantly called one EPS service repairmen on duty. Within 20 minutes after that call to Al, his colleague was on the jobsite with his electric snake to clear the clogged line in about 10 minutes or less. My tenants were super happy with the quick response by EPS's crew to unclog the drain.

It is as good as having Santa Claus coming to your house. When the pipe broke and your garage and yard are flooded on the day before Christmas Eve there are few people that may be able to help. But Al Mazahreh who came out to estimate the problem was able to rally out one more person to help him lift a water heater to get to the problem -- in my book, he has great customer service god on his shoulders. The work was done, Christmas is back on track and we are grateful. Merry Christmas to all.

So I just want to say how responsible company is towards upholding its corporate citizenship.
I have not used their services in the line of plumbing but I will surely give them a 5 just for their boundaryless service
I walked in needing to print stuff from my email to satisfy the bureaucratic hunger of the DMV next door. With no hitch or hesitation, Karen at the front desk patiently helped them printed for me. If this is not the sign of true customer service where they did not have any dollar order from me but just helped me no questions asked, it is just a true testament of why I will go to them and send others to them when real business is needed towards plumbing needs! Thank you Karen. They are fortunate to have you!

They did such a great job. We were having extreme problems with our outside lateral line out to street. Roots had gotten into the old pipes. Express plumbing replaced it for us. As soon as I committed to then the line blocked they came put twice for me within a half hour after I called to snake the line and get me through until they could get the permits and fit me in to replace line. Kimberly in office was so friendly and helpful in making things happen. Everyone who came out o our house was professional and friendly. Thanks

This is the worst company I have ever tried to work with. The past almost 3 months I had a project and asked a price. The first quote was I thought too low and I asked if the gal was sure of the price - she gave me to someone else and they changed the price to where I had expected to pay. I went ahead and gave the job to them. They needed a permit - 3 months later and no permits - no return phone calls - no courtesy return phone calls even after being advised that someone would return my call that day. I was told twice the guy was out obtaining the permit. Right - never happened! I had also spoken to the City Engineer and was advised no one ever had ordered one and he would be the one giving the permit out. I called this so called plumbing company numerous times as previously noted above and got excuse after another excuse and the Boss or Manager was never in. Right is that? This was a job that I was advised would take 2 or 3 days to do. Then why is it almost 3 months later and we are no closer to getting it done. They lie to you over the phone - they talk over you and then since they don't have any answers to give you that you will believe - They hang up on you. Do NOT use this terrible company. After waiting 3 months -which I thought was too long - I fired them. Beware of this terrible Company. Read the words I wrote - find a dependable and reliable company for any kind of plumbing job you need completed. But not Express Plumbing as they don't know how to do a job nor do they know how to communicate! Nor are they polite but are rude. This is NOT a professional Company nor do they have adequate office help - they only need to train the people to answer the phones and tell the truth and write down messages and do the return phone calls and not leave people in the dark. I sure wish I would have looked on YELP before asking them to work on the project I needed to complete. I fired them for their lies and for not doing the job they were hired to do! Yes, they were FIRED.
Do NOT USE EXPRESS PLUMBING. NONE OF THE OFFICE HELP KNOWS HOW TO ANSWER PHONE OR WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I offered to write a review but was not able to do so until now. It was late last year when there was a gas leaking in the backyard of my house. My home warranty insurance couldn't find a plumber who can detect the leaking area. After called over a half dozen plumbing companies, I finally reached Express Plumbing. Kimberly in the office was super friendly and professional. She immediately contacted the tech team, offered a quote and time to visit my house in the following two days. The team came with a total of four employees. Found the leaking pipe and fixed it right away. Permit has to be granted by the city and then PG&E came to reconnect the gas pipe. Everything was done in a timely manner. Too bad Express plumbing does not affiliate with any home warranty companies. I really appreciate their professional and efficient work in fixing the gas leaking at my house. Thanks Kimberly thanks the team! Highly Recommend!

Julio was awesome. I called Express Plumbing with a kitchen sink blockage and they came out within a half hour and fixed it. Julio was very informative and friendly. I would use them again!

Julio was friendly and courteous. He replaced the valve that furnishes water to one of our toilets. He also removed the tank from the toilet and replaced the gasket and bolts that secures the tank to bowl. He did a good job and left the bathroom clean.

My wife is 9 months pregnant with twins and I have raw sewage coming out of my sink. I called Roto-Rooter, but they only had a late appointment. I then called Express Plumbing, spoke to the technician and was told it would be 1 hour. I canceled my appointment with Roto-Rooter and waited then waited 4 hours. I called the dispatch, but was told that the technician was not answering. Never heard from the Express Plumbing technician. No call, No show, No email, No smoke signals. Bad Bad Bad. If I could leave a 1/2 star I would.
