We discovered a propane gas leak yesterday. We smelled propane and also noticed that our tank was nearly empty, after being filled only a few days ago. Cindy sent someone out to help ASAP, which ended up being only about an hour. The fellow got to work digging us a new gas line and kept working until it was done, despite the dark and the cold and the rain. We REALLY appreciate this friendly, quick, and efficient help. A gas leak is a dangerous situation, and also left us without heat or ability to use our stove, but thanks to Express Plumbing, within a couple hours we were safe and cozy again. Thank you!

Oscar did a fantastic job fixing my leaking tub and clogged sink. His supervisor Al called ahead of time to ask for photos of the tub faucet so Oscar could be sure to have the parts before he arrived, so he could fix the problem in one trip. Oscar was competent, friendly, and professional. Although it was fortunately not necessary to replace the faucet, Oscar was creative in discovering a way to replace the faucet without having to destroy the tile around it. The price was very reasonable. I will call Express Plumbing again!

These guys are the best plumbers I have ever used! When we had problems (the Thursday before 4th of July weekend) Joe called us back personally and asked what was going on-he spent his time on the phone listening and explaining what the scenarios might be. Then he had 2 of his guys come out (he texted with ETA which was so nice and helpful) shortly after I spoke with him. The plumbers were super friendly and fixed the problems in record time. I have never dealt with such an awesome plumbing company-it shows that it comes from the top down. Highly recommend!

We had a catastrophic plumbing failure at our house, the main line leaked under the house and our lateral sewer collapsed. Jon and Joe came out with a crew and made 'better'. They worked their schedule to get it done quickly, efficiently and right. They discovered another issue and were able to quickly modify schedules to get it reported so our plumbing could still be used in the house. They are not done yet, but I wanted to leave this review because I'd how effortless they are making it. Awesome people and great crews

My sink in the bathroom was clogged, the pipe had come apart under the sink and everytime you turned it on water leaked all over the floor. I called Express Plumbing and within 20 minutes Derrick arrived to take care of the problem. He was very pleasant and professional. Fixed the problem and I will definitely use them again!

Jonathan Wheeler from Express Plumbing was amazing! We called in the very late evening upon discovering our toilet was clogged and sewage was backing up into our shower. He was prompt, professional and very pleasant. Fees were very reasonable for a nighttime rescue. He even provided us with a pop off valve for our clean out to prevent future back ups into the house if sewer line clogs again. Called many plumbers this evening and Express came through and helped us out quickly!

If you want to get ripped off by a plumber than use Express Plumbing. Robert changed our plumbing to a system that doesn't work. We get spurts of scalding water! The manager Brad promised to help but never heard back from him. We wanted our system fixed not changed. They just DO NOT CARE!
