For the comment below by Becky B, if you're in Long Beach you should not call a service tech from San Fernando Valley, that's common sense and that comment is also from 2012 so it's pretty outdated.

My experience working with Rick and Trish are much better. They're good old fashioned business owners with many MANY years experience, in the upwards of 26+ years. They do Commercial and Residential Plumbing work and they're timely, understanding, efficient and fair.

I recommend Rick and Trish and Express Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs based on my personal experience working with both of them. :-)

Rick was so unprofessional! I called on a Saturday he answered and asked that i call back Monday in the morning (that is understandable) i called back Monday morning and he then tells me to call back later in the day. I go ahead and call back in the afternoon and we scheduled and appointment for Thursday at 8am. Well that time comes and goes and no plumber. I call Rick and i get send to vm. I left a vm and ask for a call back i dont hear back. I call again from a different number and he answers and says he wont be able to come because he would lose a whole day by coming to Long Beach. Ok that is fine but why not tell me that from the beginning instead of giving me the run around? Why not call me and let me know he was not going to come instead of having me wait. I could have called someone else. I do not recommended Express Plumbing to anyone. Dont waste your time with Rick of Express Plumbing
