By far one of the best pluming companies that I have ever come to experience! We had a problem this morning at our house and without any complicated questionably and hassle everything was back to normal! They have very competitive rates, on time friendly staff, very professional and clean technicians, very well knowledgeable and experienced company all together! We had a draining problem and we called Express plumbing and rooter because we used them before and we were really satisfied. Victor showed up a little earlier than the time line and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable and explained the situation and options very clearly. What I thought was a simple unclog the drain turned into a 4 day job. Every day Victor came back smiling and polite. Walked me through every step and would show me the progression. He even went beyond and contacted my landlord and spoke with them to make sure they were informed and knew what was going on as well. Turned out that we needed to replace the entire pipe line. Again Victor explained to me as well at the owners what the process was and what to expect. They did this will minimum to no damage to the yard! When Victor was finished it looked like nothing had happened to my yard! I am draining free and clear! Super satisfied customer!

Had a major plumbing issue at a rental property- Phoned Express Plumbing, was given an appointment - the technician Victor arrived - the situation was complex, however, the technician stayed until about 1 am resolving the issue; the larger problem was identified, the Technician and staff then came and replaced all of the old pipes; completed the large project in one day - Victor was extremely nice and respectful, helping to calm down my very upset tenants. Another issue arose the other day, again Victor arrived- on time, fixed the problem for the quoted, reasonable, price. I would highly recommend Express Plumbing and Rooter- from the staff who take the phone call to the end technician and crew, all are very professional, and absolutely reliable. Having utilized several Plumbing and Rooter services over the years, I can say without a doubt, Express Plumbing and Rooter are the most reliable, most customer service oriented and reasonable vendors I have ever had; and need to add, will ever have. Very fast...another company I called made me wait all day, so I called Express and they came on time to the appointment within a couple of hours and Victor was very professional and clear about the work and costs. Definitely recommend!

Victor came out on a Sunday to snake a backup in our plumbing. They found a major blockage with some tree roots that had grown through our main line. They came back first thing the next morning and worked throughout the whole day to fix the issue. They were punctual and fair. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use express for any further plumbing needs.

We were having a problem with our sewer line , we decided to give a try Express Plumbing Service for $55 special for drain cleaning service.

Mike and John arrived on time and very quickly they found my problem. Mike explains to me why we having a problem and he recommend to ran a snake to clear main sewer pipe . After 45 minutes of snaking my sewer line got cleared.

If there was a negative star rating that is what this company would get for the service I received, or DID NOT receive for that matter. I scheduled an appointment between 11am-12pm upon scheduling the appointment I was told I would receive a call advising the technicians name prior to arrival. Which I NEVER received. I called at approximately 11:25 to check status of the technician and was told he would be there within an hour which is outside the previous time quoted. I was advised my technicians name was Andres. I called AGAIN at approximately 12:20pm of course Andres didn't show up nor did O receive a call to advise he would be running late. The person who answers placed me on an unwarranted long hold came back to advise she just spoke to my technician Steven and he would be here within 25 mins. She gave the EXACT same story that Steven had been held up at his previous job?? I advised an hour ago my technicians name was Andres when did it get switched to Steven she quickly says Andres had car trouble. I advised an hour ago I was told Andres was held up and his previous job and would be enroute. I also asked why wasn't I (the customer) informed that there was an issue. The person replied I thought ""she"" (whoever that maybe) called you to tell you. I ask for a manager. Jesse (I believe his name was) gets on the phone and could careless about my concerns he continued to cut me off. He advised according to the GPS, Steven would be to my residence in 45 mins. I advised the previous person told me 25 mins. He reiterated (as if I had an issue understanding) 45 mins and did I want to continue to send him or not. I asked is this customary to treat your customers in this manner. He said again he can still send him or not send him. I said as a customer what can he do for me he said send the technician. Then said he can give me a $10 discount. WHAT A JOKE! He advised there was no one higher than him available to speak with. Ultimately I canceled the appointment as I did not trust someone would be to my residence in 45 mins. I will NEVER refer this company to anyone which is a shame because I called based upon a referral. I also advised the ""manager"" (and that term is used very loosely) I would be writing this review and he seemed to not care. In the very least a manager should have the ability to problem solve in which this manager did not. He did not even offer an apology on behalf of his company for wasting my time and giving me the run around.

Called to have my backed up kitchen sink fixed on a Saturday (during a Holiday weekend, at that). I called a few other places and they were all booked up and couldn't send anyone out to my apartment until the next day. So happy Express Plumbing had someone available to send out within a few hours. Victor was the plumber who came to my apartment and he was able to fix the problem right away. I was a bit stressed and annoyed with the problem in the first place, and Victor was really patient and explained to me what was going on. While fixing the sink, he was really careful and mindful to take the necessary precautions so that my entire kitchen wouldn't flood while he was troubleshooting. The price was also incredibly reasonable, especially given that it was completed after hours.
