Had a good experience both times I needed their help with a clogged sewer line. I can't say if the price was reasonable or not since I don't know what prices should be as far as plumbing issues but I didn't feel like the bill was overpriced considering how well the work was done. Our most recent work was done by Nate and he was very friendly, quick and put up with my barking dogs(!) I would definitely call them again if I had another plumbing problem.

I'm not the most handyman type of person. My sink Garbage disposal was not working and I had no idea what to do so I called multiple plumbers. When I called express plumbing, I believe it was Robert, was able to talk me instructions on how to fix my problem. Something so simple, that I feel other plumbers would come to the house and charge some amount for. I really appreciate the time he took to tell me how to fix my problem. Great customer care!

Rob Martinez is by far the best plumber we have encountered. We have a six month old home and last night one of the showers developed a fishing leak.

Rob responded promptly through Yelp, offered appointment times and confirmed for the earliest slot. I then messaged him to say the leak was bad and asked if he could come sooner. Within a few minutes he called to say he was on his way.

Upon arriving, Rob took maybe ten minutes to figure out that the installation of the shower control was faulty (it was Jerry rigged with twist ties) and that the cartridge was damaged.

Within an hour he had the shower fixed and working good as new.

Throughout the process he was courteous, respectful and informative about the problem.

Had a very positive experience. I sent a request for an appointment after hours, and didn't expect to hear back until the next day. They actually messaged back within the hour and we had an appointment set for the next day. They were very transparent with their fees and services. They did a great job communicating their arrival time and were very respectful in my home. I was pleased they were able to solve the issue quickly and get my kitchen sink running again. They also shared some tips to help me from running into issues in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

Please allow me to set the stage.
I'm a new homeowner and the garbage disposal is not draining the sink full of water.  I do the little trick to make the blades move but still it will not drain.  Shit what do I do? Normally I would call the landlord and they would come and fix it.  Not this time, it's my problem right? Luckily over the last 9 months I have become super familiar with using my home warranty. Fidelity Warranty  assigned Express Plumbing and Drain to assess and fix the problem.
I made the call to EP&D and spoke with the dispatcher that set the appointment with a 2 hour window.  I was later sent a text message with an updated window/reminder of the visit.  Woohoo it was cut to a 1 hour window.  Nate was the person sent out to fix my problem.  It took Nate less than 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong, hallelujah! Nate was professional, knowledgable, tidy, on-time, and gave me some tips about using the disposal.  Apparently some food was not going past the elbow pipe after leaving the disposal because it was not on long enough. ""Ma'am, if this happens again just boil a pot of hot water and slip it down the drain if there is a blockage but the disposal is still turning.""  Nate's delivery of this tip was warm and caring. Not the typical superior bs that I've gotten from other plumbers in the past.
So if you're a dumb blonde like me and want a caring hand to guide you though whatever is wrong with your plumbing, give this small business a call.

Robert is fast, accurate, and reasonable. Plus, he explains the problems and the fixes in a way anyone can understand. My first call to him was for a leaking pressure regular. He fixed the low flow hot water in the kitchen that 3 plumbers from different companies couldn't fix. Then, he fixed my leaking gas line. After that, he split my water line, separating the house line from the irrigation. And finally he replaced my 23 year-old water heater. Robert and his crew are simply the best. I trust them. They do an excellent job, and do it right the first time.
