Had my pipes partially hydro jetted about a month and a half ago to remove a foul rotten egg odor from the pipes. He came out quickly and it's held up, the smell is gone! we saw the gunk run out of the house. Happy with his service!

My wife and I noticed that our kitchen sink wasn't draining about the time everyone else was dealing with busted pipes from the cold snap. So it wasn't a surprise that the usual places nearby were too overworked even to answer or return phone calls. Express Hydro Jetting responded to our request within an hour and had us scheduled for the first appointment the next day. Brandon and Mike showed up on time the next day, assessed the situation, and went straight to work. They were informative and let my wife know exactly what they were doing. When they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the sink for us! Will recommend their services (and use again ourselves!) whenever people in our neighborhood ask for a plumber.

Express Hydro Jetting did great work for us. My pool deck drain lines were clogging up badly during rainstorms. I called Brandon from Express Hydro Jetting, and he quoted me a good price, then came out the same day to fix the lines. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He actually found out that I didn't need the full clean out but it was a fairly simple fix instead, and he was honest and didn't charge me for the bigger service even though he could have. I will definitely call Express Hydro Jetting for any future plumbing needs.

My washer, located on the 2nd floor, was not draining properly. Brandon showed up quickly and established that the hydro jet would not be suitable to apply from the 2nd floor. Nonetheless, he used my 15' snake to see if he could clear the line that way. Some progress was made, but we were not confident the drain was free-flowing after the snaking. Brandon refused my offer of a payment for his visit. I appreciated his commitment to helping me in some way, even if his technology wasn't appropriate for the situation. I would definitely call Express Hydro Jetting again in another situation.
