I have annual maintenance with Express Home Services, and it's great because there are no surprises, and things they find can be taken care of before they become a problem. And they never tell you things just to try to sell you.

Home Express is the only service team you should be using. We pay a monthly fee and get services twice a year including emergency services when needed. They call us to make sure everything is going well and if we need to schedule a maintenance. We've had our AC, Heating, garbage disposal and tankless water heater serviced. They even came out on Christmas Eve when our circuit breaker blew a fuse. The entire team and service workers are super nice and want will help you out with the best advice and not just try to take a buck. Thank you!

Yesterday after having (2 )15 amp breakers installed into our electrical panel and 3 home runs landed into the panel the serviceman handed me his business card and it says he is an Apprentice Electrician. He did not have anyone else with him.
After calling JP Electric this morning and getting a quote of $215 to complete the same work I gave EHS the opportunity to make it right and they will not be doing anything about the overcharge and they had no comment on sending an apprentice out to a journeyman level job.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
NOT QUALIFIED and bad business practice of overcharging females when their husbands are not home.

I requested an estimate for spa installation. They said that they were able to do the work and gave me a couple of times to choose from. I picked one, made sure I was home and they never showed or called to cancel.

Requested install of 4 recessed lighting fixtures. Matt was on time for both the estimate and installation appointment. The initial quote was more than a competitor, but they met the other quote. Matt was very professional and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend this company! Totally satisfied.

I felt very comfortable dealing with associates. I had several light switches and other tasks to be done. I felt they helped me get items repaired at minimal cost. No upselling!

I dislike when contractors come out and can't stay focused on the mission but rather put more effort into upselling you on other work or packages. Huge turn off. EDIT: Your person was supposed to be quoting an outlet for an EV charging station. He spent 2-3 minutes on that before he straight up announced ""Are you ready for the upsell?"" At which time he proceeded to try and sell me a ""Whole Home Protection"" package to cover my Electrical, my Plumbing and my brand new (1 year old) heating and cooling system which I have a maintenance plan with from the installer. He was so wrapped up in the sales pitch he mentioned the maintenance plan on my HVAC system AGAIN at which time your other tech pointed out that I had already said I have a plan from the installer of the system. So he wasn't really listening to me but focused on his sales pitch. And then.....tried to upsell me on a ""Whole Home Surge Protection"" installation. Totally failed the mission so I think a 1 star review was definitely warranted. And for the record, I did find someone who understood the mission, so thank you for your concern.

Express Home Services has wonderful technicians. I recently had a plumbing technician by the name of Joey in my home. He was very professional and paid a great deal of attention to detail and he was so helpful with my many questions and making sure that I understood what he was he was doing.
