I have been trying to get our fireplace repaired since before the new year. This company will never give time for an appointment, and even if they try, they always call to reschedule. I have paid a total of just under $700 for NO RESOLUTION. I have taken multiple days off work because they are never able to provide a time for someone to be here, and then if they do, they always reschedule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you have a career or want anything done in a timely manner. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not use these guys! Two separate visits and still not fixed and it was a simple light switch! They send different guys, do not communicate and change prices on you with no explanation! Seriously, the worst company I've ever called! Trust me and save yourself the headache! I missed two afternoons of work for these people and my switch still looks like the attached photo!! Waste of time. And I still paid $89 for NOTHING!

Kiana is friendly & remembers her customers. First, Jeremy came to inspect my EV charger & was able to find & fix the issue right on the spot! When I needed a new outlet installed, I knew exactly who to call! Anthony is so funny, it's like he's part of the family! He came out to install my new EV outlet. This company is my new go to for all issues related to utilities. They are definitely Express & Reasonably priced!!

The absolutely the best above and beyond service! Jeff, the tech, who cane to check my furnace took time to check every possible repairs, carbon monoxide leak and had my system back and running. It was recommended by previous heating service company who did a visit that system should be tuned off for possible carbon monoxide leak. I called Express heating service and of that is happening. Everything all on spot check. I have my heat back on ( no heat x4 days). Thank you Jeff for your excellent and honest service!

I have never had such horrible service getting a company to schedule & keep an appointment. I had to reschedule multiple times & consistently was canceled, mostly because of foreseeable issues. When I asked to be serviced 1st, I was told a note was put into instructions for worker. Of course it made no difference. I will never use the company in the future.?

I was also a long-term Aire Serv customer, including a new HVAC system shortly before Express Home Services took over. It was time for our annual furnace inspection and I scheduled an appointment even though our system is fairly new and seemed to be working fine. Technician Mason arrived promptly and began his work. A short time later he reported that the almost new furnace we had been using for an entire season was never vented to the outside! Truthfully, he was aghast and could not believe we had not died in our sleep from carbon monoxide gathering in our extremely well insulated attic. He immediately stopped his inspection and left to purchase supplies. This man was knowledgeable and personable, professional and reassuring. He fixed the problem (without charge) and probably saved our lives. Had we abandoned our habit of sleeping with the windows open in winter I might not be here to write this review. Highly recommend!!

Joey from Express Home Services arrived promptly to give us a quote. We then asked him if he could complete the repairs to two bathroom sinks and the plumbing underneath, the same day. He said, yes, and then went to get the supplies needed. He returned in short order and worked all afternoon to repair two bathroom sinks and plumbing. He did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up. The sinks now look brand new and work perfectly. He did an expert job. We will call him again when additional work is needed.

These guys are the real deal! Very professional and know their craft. I had issues with 2 of my AC units in the same week and Jeremy sent out one of his guys the same day to me to fix both issues I had. Very qualified group on this team and I highly recommend for any and all home services they have to offer.

Mason and the team helped us resolve our Air Conditioning issues with good analysis, explanation and options without any high pressure sales. Everything has gone well so far and I appreciate Mason's and the team's communication efforts, keeping us posted on arrivals and scope of work while also responding to any of our additional asks. Mason quickly came out to assist with a minor port installation issue. When you are dealing with AC from a consumer perspective it can be confusing and worrisome. We've felt like we were in fair and good hands during this entire process with EHS.

Worst customer service. They came out have a bid for a job. Showed up late started job and then left. Office called later and stated they wouldn't return. Left our office not working. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM.
