I sent a message early this morning. Fast response (within an hour). Chris was here an hour after that, diagnosed the issue immediately, went out to get the part and an hour later the issue (lights in my ceiling fan flickering) was fixed and they shine brighter now then they ever have. I am extremely grateful and would definitely call again if I have another issue.

Horrible experience. We have 2 porcelain sinks in our master bathroom. The faucet on one was leaking so we were both using my sink, and we needed to replace both faucets. Chris Powell came. My husband, not I, was here. Instead of immediately going to the problematic sink he went to mine, the fully working one. He told my husband the new faucets were too big. He saw a pipe on my sink which was corroded, and, without being asked to, he took it out and HIT MY PORCELAIN SINK, BREAKING IT! A pice about the size of a dessert plate broke off, of course ruining the sink. We have another bathroom on a different floor which we've been using for a week. Very annoying, but nothing compared to the harm he did. We were lucky enough to find the almost same sink we bought 33 years ago at Wayfair. It cost us $232. The cost of removing the broken sink and installing the new one is costing us $1200 ( very hard) ! And btw, the 2nd plumber said the new faucets fit just fine. Sigh. What a nightmare in these nightmare times.10/25, sink replaced today and faucets installed on both. Cost us over $2400 because of the broken sink. Omg. The pandemic hit us financially as it did thousands of others.

I wanna thank Chris and his crew for doing an amazing job in our condo we rent our tenants were without hot water for 2 days the 15 years old boiler exploded i was getting quotes to get this fix but prices were exorbitant Chris came to do a free estimate within 30 min i like his quote he recommended to replace the hot water tank for a tankless boiler which save a lot of space and i love how it look for the price and warranty i absolutely recommend Chris very fast work and very good prices ill will use his services from now on
