I could not be happier that I came across Express Drain on Yelp. The owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when I called to inquire about emergency services. Long story short, he dispatched Richard to our home to handle our messy backup (sewage in toilets and showers as well as our second bathroom tub filling with water on its own). I was so thankful they were available. Richard was extremely friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The job was completed well after midnight and he did not rush one bit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them for future services. Thanks a ton, Express Drain!!

I got in a bind the other day with a tenant and having been a loyal customer they overlooked the issue of having to reschedule the next day.. It was very kind of them. I had an unfortunate problem with a blocked pool skimmer line at one of the properties I manage. The skimmer line was totally blocked, after working on the problem for an hour, I gave up. I called Express Drain on a Sunday afternoon and had the pleasure of speaking to Benjamin who apparently was the owner. He patiently listened to the problem and offered the solution. He suggested that I go back to the job site and be patient and continue doing what I was doing and try again and suggested one other additional step, which I did. Voilla !! it worked... Thank you Benjamin for your sharing your trade experience, kind and thoughtful advice which I sincerely appreciate. I would highly recommend Express Drain & Sewer Cleaning if you are looking for a fair and knowledgeable provider who is not is only interested in charging. Benjamin is an asset to our community, we need to support him.

I called to have my septic tank pumped, was quoted, and that's what I paid; that's the good part. The workers that came to my home were fairly unfriendly, did their job, got paid, and left. No kind of customer service. Luckily I read the invoice that said there was a problem with the septic tank lid being cracked, I called them back to better understand. I was told they don't take care of lids, which was exactly what I did. Three different companies came out and told me something different: The lid was not cracked, nor the wrong size but was set back on top of the tank incorrectly and not sealed properly. So I paid ANOTHER $150 to a different company to place the lids back on properly and seal the tank. Not exactly happy about that, but lesson learned.

Extremely disorganized and untimely. I had my appointment scheduled for 9AM, no call no show. When I called the office the receptionist told me they had an emergency call and rather than calling and letting me know ahead of time, I had to call and ask for an ETA. When I tried to reschedule for a later time they told me a fee would be added and then when I asked to do a Saturday there was another fee for coming over the weekend! Considering I had my appointment scheduled ahead of time I don't think I should be charged with a fee for rescheduling the inconvenience they caused.

It's refreshing to call a company who demonstrates both professionalism and concern when you have a problem during the Christmas holidays. It's also refreshing that instead of saying we will be there between 8am and 6pm they give you an exact time and the folks actually show up on time. Both the fellas who handled my pump out were pleasant and extremely accommodating as I was on my way back from court and they assured me not an issue take your time and be safe. They also did a great job in exposing my tank, pumping it out, washing the entire inside to assure proper flow and then covering the tank as to make the area pristine as possible. This company is a class act...I highly recommend them and this is not my first rodeo in dealing with other companies...

I called this company to get a quote for an inspection because of a problem my neighbors and I are having (i live in a townhouse), I explained the issue and they told me they would charge $125 per hour for an inspection. When I asked if they would credit part of the cost of the inspection towards the job Steve said it's up to the plumbers. I asked if the plumbers are contractors and why Express Drain does not have a written policy that applies to all customers. Steve assured me they are employees but they are the ones that make decisions - which does not make any sense to me. Anyway, I still decided to go with them because I had spoken to one of their plumbers, Joey, who seemed very knowledgeable. They called me back and jack up the price to $325 per hour for the INSPECTION (they hadn't come to the house yet so they did not know what the issue was). I found this increase of the price very unprofessional. Of course, I called another plumbing company that charged me $135 for the inspection.

Called them due to their good reviews, but not on time, and notified when booked that we needed to be punctual due to a city of Miami inspector making the time to be present. Do Not use if punctuality and professionalism is your main concern. Absolutely horrendous experience. I wish I could give 0 stars.
