Not a very good experience with them. They fixed faulty valve for my main water main to my house in June. I August I realized that the connection to the pipe was leaking. They refused to do the job under warranty and wanted another $250.00 for the job.

I called a few months ago and the plumber they sent did excellent clean work Then they sent Rich who works like a pig!! His attitude is horrible and he leaves a mess that is just as bad as his attitude! He seemed to be in such a hurry I felt like I was bothering him. If I call Express again I definitely don't want Express Mess Rich! He did the job but he made sure he left me a job.

I had an unfortunate problem with a blocked pool skimmer line at one of the properties I manage. The skimmer line was totally blocked, after working on the problem for an hour, I gave up. I called Express Drain on a Sunday afternoon and had the pleasure of speaking to Benjamin who apparently was the owner. He patiently listened to the problem and offered the solution. He suggested that I go back to the job site and be patient and continue doing what I was doing and try again and suggested one other additional step, which I did. Voilla !! it worked... Thank you Benjamin for your sharing your trade experience, kind and thoughtful advice which I sincerely appreciate. I would highly recommend Express Drain & Sewer Cleaning if you are looking for a fair and knowledgeable provider who is not is only interested in charging. Benjamin is an asset to our community, we need to support him.

Absolutely fuming at my experience with this company. I'm buying a house in Miami and there was a leak in the crawlspace under the kitchen that was pointed out during inspection. I sent a plumber from this company out there to check out the leak and give me a quote for repair so that I could plan accordingly for my move. I paid $125 to have the service done. The homeowners were currently still living at the house since we had not closed yet, we had a very specific time frame that the plumber was supposed to show up. He arrived an hour early and the homeowners were not ready. Then I was ghosted for 2 1/2 weeks and received no quote or communication. When I finally called the company back to follow up on my quote they told me that the plumber does not want to do the job, that they don't work in crawlspaces, and that my fee was for the plumber to check that there was a leak, not for a quote to fix it. We already knew there was a leak AND that it was in a crawlspace so why would we pay a plumber to tell us that?

I could not be happier that I came across Express Drain on Yelp. The owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when I called to inquire about emergency services. Long story short, he dispatched Richard to our home to handle our messy backup (sewage in toilets and showers as well as our second bathroom tub filling with water on its own). I was so thankful they were available. Richard was extremely friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The job was completed well after midnight and he did not rush one bit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them for future services. Thanks a ton, Express Drain!!

I called this company to get a quote for an inspection because of a problem my neighbors and I are having (i live in a townhouse), I explained the issue and they told me they would charge $125 per hour for an inspection. When I asked if they would credit part of the cost of the inspection towards the job Steve said it's up to the plumbers. I asked if the plumbers are contractors and why Express Drain does not have a written policy that applies to all customers. Steve assured me they are employees but they are the ones that make decisions - which does not make any sense to me. Anyway, I still decided to go with them because I had spoken to one of their plumbers, Joey, who seemed very knowledgeable. They called me back and jack up the price to $325 per hour for the INSPECTION (they hadn't come to the house yet so they did not know what the issue was). I found this increase of the price very unprofessional. Of course, I called another plumbing company that charged me $135 for the inspection.

The plumber, Rich, came exactly when he said he would, and fixed my problem very quickly. They're not super cheap, but they are extremely efficient and very professional, especially for coming out on a Sunday! I'd recommend them to a friend for sure.
