Awesome team at Express Drain & Sewer! Had a late night, pre-Hurricane Matthew emergency and was desperate to get immediate assistance. Judy who answered the phone at 10:30 pm was pleasant and helpful, and promised to get us helped that night. Within 30 minutes, we had Adrian at our house on the service call. He was friendly, knowledgeable, took care of the issue quickly, and gave us some useful information to think through regarding the cause of the problem. The cost was great and given to us upfront when inquired - so no surprises there. And Judy was kind to check on us a few times that evening to ensure everything went as expected. We couldn't be happier and will be calling these guys again to fix the bigger issue that got uncovered. Thank you!

I had an unfortunate problem with a blocked pool skimmer line at one of the properties I manage. The skimmer line was totally blocked, after working on the problem for an hour, I gave up. I called Express Drain on a Sunday afternoon and had the pleasure of speaking to Benjamin who apparently was the owner. He patiently listened to the problem and offered the solution. He suggested that I go back to the job site and be patient and continue doing what I was doing and try again and suggested one other additional step, which I did. Voilla !! it worked... Thank you Benjamin for your sharing your trade experience, kind and thoughtful advice which I sincerely appreciate. I would highly recommend Express Drain & Sewer Cleaning if you are looking for a fair and knowledgeable provider who is not is only interested in charging. Benjamin is an asset to our community, we need to support him.

I could not be happier that I came across Express Drain on Yelp. The owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when I called to inquire about emergency services. Long story short, he dispatched Richard to our home to handle our messy backup (sewage in toilets and showers as well as our second bathroom tub filling with water on its own). I was so thankful they were available. Richard was extremely friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The job was completed well after midnight and he did not rush one bit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them for future services. Thanks a ton, Express Drain!!

We used Express Drain for Commercial storm drain cleaning for an office building. We found them quick and responsive in getting us a quote and providing their insurance and license info, and easy to schedule at a time that worked for our very busy parking lot. I actually sent them a note later that day telling them how professional their team was. Not only were they there early, I was on site and had a lot of questions. Anthony took the time to explain everything to me and taught me so much I didn't know- for example, the system design and how the drains were all inter-connected, and the importance of doing this cleaning more frequently than the five year window allowed by our city. I did not realize that there is much more to it than just debris in the catch basin- such as rotting leaves in the connecting pipes- not just the drains themselves- that can be problematic. They also tell me that they can clean our commercial HVAC conduit pipes to keep the slime blockages from occurring and we plan to do that eventually as well. Very happy that we found Express Drain and Sewer Cleaning!

NOT 24 HOURS! They may answer the phone, but they clearly aren't interested in their reputation. It's really not that late only midnight not 3 in the morning, but midnight. My toilet is draining into my shower and they say (something along the lines of) """"What about 8 AM? Can it wait?"""" IF IT COULD WAIT I WOULDNT BE CALLING! Thank you for making a stressful and frustrating situation worse. On to the next """"24 hour"""" plumber.

We just purchased a new home in fort lauderdale and were given the recommendation of Express Drain and Sewer Plumbing and boy they have not disappointed!!! The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and willing to work with you. We have had a few emergencies dealing with an older home and they have kindly scheduled us in immediately. Rich is our go to guy for our home. He has helped us every single time, always kept us in the loop of whats going on and what his recommendation is for situation. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field and we always know we are in good hands with Rich. I'm sure everyone at express drain is amazing but i'm sticking with our guy Rich for everything. Thank you!!!

I called a few months ago and the plumber they sent did excellent clean work Then they sent Rich who works like a pig!! His attitude is horrible and he leaves a mess that is just as bad as his attitude! He seemed to be in such a hurry I felt like I was bothering him. If I call Express again I definitely don't want Express Mess Rich! He did the job but he made sure he left me a job.

Last night at 6PM """"Saturday"""" everything in the house stopped draining and also backed up. . I am a very capable handyman / mechanic / engineer etc... I figured out with little effort that the main drain had a back up, I tried the 10 ft drain snake, plunger etc.... My choice was go rent a 100 ft motorized snake or call a company. BTW we also have company staying the weekend and my wife and them were returning from a day at sawgrass in about 2 hours so we all could go out to dinner. I called a few places I found on the net and Yelp. The first 3 calls sounded more like a call center then a community based business. I know Ben from Express drain because my Goodyear store provides service to his trucks. I know they handle some big commercial jobs so, I figured before I call anybody else, let me ask him if he handles small residential drain clearing. He answered the phone on the 3rd ring and it wasn't a call center. I gave him the rundown on what I knew and what I needed """"Quick"""". In 30 minutes his tech Rich was at my front door and in 45 minutes the drain was cleaned and tested opened again. The cost was far, the service was on point, the response time was mind blowing. My son and I cleaned up the mess 100% and my wife returned just as my son and I were finished showering and ready to go to dinner. When she showed up no one would have known the disaster we just cleaned and and got fixed. Thanks for saving the day, the night, the dinner!
