I called them late morning, the nice lady spoke to me, explained what they would do, how much it would cost. We agreed a time. They called to offer an earlier time and showed up a few minutes later.

Mike did the job, was polite, cleaned up to spotless and was pleasant and happy doing the work (which is yucky). Fixed the blockage - all is good in the sink now!

Nice to have a business do exactly what they say they do, on time, on budget and be polite about the whole thing.

Awesome experience with this company. Mike and Lynn are great. The main sewer line to our septic tank was blocked and Mike came out and cleared the line with no issues. Super knowledgeable, friendly service and affordable. I will definitely use again.

Chico Septic referred me to Express Drain as they thought all my septic needed was to be snaked. The lady answering said she could get someone to my house at 10am the same day. That changed when I told her I lived in Forest Ranch. Then she acted like I had the plague. She then went on to say that they would not be able to come up until the middle of next week. She acted very rude. I would never use them even if my life depended on it.

I called Express Drain Cleaning due to a slow draining shower. It was fast and easy to schedule an appointment. They were able to come out on my next day off of work. I was given a window of between 9-11 am. On the day of the appointment, Mike called me right at 9:00 to tell me he was on his way and would arrive in about ten minutes. I appreciated that phone call. Upon arrival, Mike quickly cleared my drain and it is working great. He was courteous of my home and I enjoyed talking with him as he did his work. As other problems come up, I will call upon Express Drain Cleaning!
