This company will ignore calls and messages, and when you finally do get ahold of them they swear they will get there as soon as possible. ""You're on the schedule."" Almost 2 months after requesting their assistance with a bursted pipe that flooded my basement they STILL have not shown. They repeatedly stated they would get there and my poor renters have had to deal with the consequences of their unreliability. I thought they had addressed the issue and was simply waiting on an invoice, but it turned out they never showed up! Who knows what kind of damage there is to my home now. Do not even bother contacting them.

The only reason I gave one star is that it wouldn't let me give zero. This business is the worst of the worst. For an entire week they kept telling me, even ""promising"" me that they were coming to fix my leaky toilet, and every day they never showed up. I honestly think they are compulsive liars and they are a fraud. Do not trust their word. It means nothing. All I got were excuses and no-shows from these shysters. Wasted so many days waiting for them - just terrible and no integrity.

Super unfortunate that their employees no call no showed. I understand being extremely busy, but to not inform customers that they can't make your appointment is extremely unprofessional. Our water heater is going out, which to me is an emergency especially with young children in our home. I don't recommend bothering to even call Express 24hr.

I called and they ASSURED me 3 times they would be out. Waited until 9 o'clock the NEXT night and they finally admitted they weren't coming. I had a leak that was spreading water into another room. Very disappointed

Excellent service! My sewer backed up and they were here in record time. Paul and his expertise located the problem and repairs were made quickly with genuine care and concern. I would never trust anyone else with my Plumbing repairs, these guys rock!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! I worked with them for 3 months on a simple pipe replacement. Not only did they rip me off they also left the floor with pebbles without a proper concrete treatment. I had to redo the floor myself. Had to call so many times and when I told them I don't want to work with them anymore, then they said they are on their way. If you do have to use these guys, DO NOT PAY UPFRONT. GET THE WORK FINISHED FIRST!

Update, Paul McELRATH of Express 24 HR Plumbing & electrical missed another deadline, paid me half the 3k refund, missed the payment yesterday, I even offered to take 500 every 2 weeks, just received response, he'll make the payments

Very slow to do the work! Finally done after almost 3 months. They melted my siding and trim when digging the trench.Now I'm out 200. I talked to Paul several times last week and he was to come by and pay me. Never showed. Will not recommend them.

If I could rate this company and 0 I would. I called on Friday morning for repair to my plumbing under my sink. I was told he was busy but would be there at 11:00 am the next morning and to call and leave time, contact number and address on answering service. I did this. The next morning around 9:00 am I called to confirm appointment. No one answered the phone so I left a message that I would see them at 11 am. I called at 11:30 because they were not there yet. I was told he would get with his guys and find a out a time and call me back. I waited until 1 pm. I called again. He said he would call his guys and call me back again. I told him that was what he told me two hours ago. He did call back and say it would be 2-3 hours but they would be there. I waited ALL SATURDAY DAY and NIGHT.....NO PLUMBER. I called Gene's plumbing instead and he was promptly out to repair my issue and not waste my time. What does 24 hours stand for anyway.....you can call every 24 hours and not see a plumber.
