Great customer service from the time I called to schedule the install of my tankless water heater until the Good Byes when the technicians were leaving. The techs were great at explaining what needed to be done in order to complete the job properly. I'll be calling them next year to have my water heater cleaned/flushed.

We were happy with Express 24 Hr Plumbing's service. The answering service, and the plumber were very professional. The
The plumber figured out our problem immediately. It turned out to be a frozen, cracked water meter. This needed to be replaced by the city. Express 24 Hour Plumbing contacted the city for us. After the city replaced the meter, the plumber inspected the pipes to our house to make sure there wasn't anymore ruptures. He was very considerate through the whole thing, even though it was 7:00 P.M, and 18 degrees outside.

I woke up this morning to my tankless water heater beeping, which worried me that it could be a gas issue. After calling express 24 hour plumbing, Jeff called me back and FaceTimed me. He walked me through a couple of steps to troubleshoot the water heater, and we fixed the issue! I really appreciated his patience and understanding with my non-plumbing skills. I would definitely call Xpress 24 hour, plumbing again, and request Jeff.

I've worked with many contractors over the years. I have rentals so I also have a bit of knowledge about plumbing, electrical, construction etc. I feel that I can give a somewhat educated review on this company. This is a local family owned business. These guys came in and had so much accomplished, within an hour, I was gobsmacked. My particular job was a full replumb. on my mid century house. That meant trenching my yard, new pipes/connections, fixture (leaking) and opening walls to find everything. There are minimal repairs not plumbing related (spackle and paint) the grass well placed over trench after it was filled in). Clean and tidy work areas, EXTREMELY professional trustworthy employees. All at competitive pricing. This is our choice for plumbers in the TriCities area. I highly recommend Express 24 hr Plumbing.

I have been a long-time customer of Express 24 HR Plumbing and Drain LLC. I used Jeff (the owner) when it was just Jeff. Over the years I have been happy with their service and I kept coming back, despite their tendency to show up late. My last two experiences have really been disappointing with my March 2, 2021 service being the last time I will use Express 24 HR.

I have a 60-hour work week, several rental properties, and two beautiful girls, ages 4 and 2, so I don't have a lot of free time. I waited over a week for what I was told was the first appointment of the day (8:00 am) to guarantee an on-time arrival. I took two hours of vacation time to ensure I could be there and walk the plumber through my issues and concerns as it was a multi-part job. I waited for over 1 hour (9:15 am) before calling and the receptionist said Jeff is busy on another call and he will get there when he gets there (no apology/ courtesy heads up call warning of the late arrival). I called back at 9:30 am and told the receptionist that I had to go to work and that I was leaving the front door open and asked that Jeff lock it after completing the work. Jeff called me on my cell while I was at work, around 12:30pm, and told me the work was done and that he was leaving, I said thanks and asked him to lock up.

When I got back to the house the night of the following day (March 4), I found lights left on and the front door unlocked. I also found pools of water under both the kitchen sink, and bathroom sink, both of which I had asked to be inspected and fixed. I called and emailed the receptionist (Tracy) on March 5 asking that someone stop back by the house to check those leaks. I even included pictures of the pools of water in the email. While she said she would text Jeff, I never heard back. They were sure to send the $484.36 bill though.

I spoke with Jeff today, March 13, as the leaks have just gotten worse and now have damaged my newly installed cabinets. He blamed me for miscommunication and lack of instructions. Well Jeff, maybe if you would have showed up even remotely on time and not wasted 2 hours of my precious vacation time, we could have communicated face-to-face and not through your receptionist. Again, I am very disappointed after a long-time relationship for the lack of service, response, and accountability. I will be looking for a new plumber.
