Expert Plumbing did not show up, even after confirming the appointment by text. They didn't bother to call or answer our call. I am very disappointed because my husband could have been working instead of waiting. Companies should respect their customers' time. Maybe they should spell their name X-Spurt instead, because that's just a drip under pressure.

We had an emergency plumbing issue arise this morning with gurgling drains, toilets that didn't flush and were on the verge of overflowing. Great way to start the day! In our panic we found this company through Yelp and soon discovered they do not open at 7 am as listed. But when they did open at 8, we were able to get someone out in 2 hours. The tech, Dan, was courteous and very helpful in figuring out the real problem-electrical system failure at our pump-and didn't try to charge us for services we didn't need. It's very refreshing to know honest and dependable companies still exist. The next time we have a plumbing issue, we no longer have to panic in trying to find a good one that won't overcharge us. Late Thursday afternoon, just before Memorial Day weekend, I noticed dampness around the water heater. I called around and decided to go with Experts Plumbing. It helped that Mike sounded confident and very interested in what was the right solution. And he was solid on price, not a wide price range that depended on the unknown. I didn't feel the same about some of the others. Vinnie arrived Friday morning, ahead of schedule (which was great) and it was done in less than an hour and a half. And no worries for the long weekend. It was the first time using them but probably not the last.

Experts plumbing went above and beyond for us. Had them install a kitchen faucet which we provided. It stopped working so they came right out to look at it. Turns out the faucet was defective so I bought another one and they offered to come back out and install the new one as well. No questions asked! Would definitely use them again. Quick response time, friendly guys and reasonable prices.
