Michael, the technician, was courteous and friendly. He went over what the service and pricing being provided before work was started. He then completed the work requested in a quick and efficient manner. He was courteous and cleaned up the area around the toilet. He explained what the he had to do to complete the task and then was able to quickly unplug a tub drain for us. I would feel very comfortable to recommend Expert Services Utah to friends and family.

A class act. These guys have their systems well worked out, and their service tech (Chandler) was a pleasure to work with. I requested a project via Yelp--a clogged kitchen drain which had been giving us problems for awhile). Expert Services was the first to respond (a few minutes), they communicated clearly and quickly at all times, they gave me a timeframe for the appointment, and they showed up early. Chandler got right in and did the job (plus one little thing extra which I really appreciated), and he took the time to explain what he found, which helps us understand what we are dealing with long-term. we requested a quote for a separate electrical project, and saw their system at work through that project as well, and the service was the same high-quality. They built trust, the value was reasonable, the service was excellent, and we have our lives back. :-) I definitely recommend them.

We had a leaky positemp valve in our shower. I went to Home Depot and bought a Danco replacement, installed it, and the leak got much, much worse. The next morning I called Expert Services, and by the end of the day Chandler showed up, got the correct Moen part off his truck, installed it using a professional cartridge puller/installer in about 5 minutes, completely solved the problem, and was on his way.

I put out a service assistance call on Yelp and Expert Services was one of the fastest to reach out. Even better, they were going to be able to provide same day service! In fact, the assigned plumber was able to come out earlier than the quoted time! Lance was awesome and knowledgeable. Even coordinated a service call with the city because the existing outdoor shut-off valve was broken, inaccessible, and flooded (in order to turn the water off to the building completely). Once that was taken care of, Lance replaced a faulty ball valve, which took care of a significant leak we had for a pipe to our compressor. They also were great at communicating with us and keeping us informed when our tech would be by. We will definitely reach out to them again in the future. :)

Contacted them to get outlets installed and some GFCI outlets. Came over promptly the next day so I could show him what needed to be done and they gave me a quote. Wes is very professional, knowledgeable and personable! He explained everything that needed to be done and was very thorough. He arrived right on time on the scheduled day and did an excellent job. Would definitely hire again.

Absolutely great service!
JT went above and beyond to resolve my issue, he diagnosed and repaired my problem quick (bad pressure regulator) I had different companies come out and they all left me with more questions than answers some told me it was my main water line others told me my lines were clogged but I found Expert Services through Yelp and I'm glad I did. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing any home repairs!
They are honest, affordable and most importantly care about their customers.

I recently referred Expert Plumbing for 2 simple hose bib replacements at the same property. They charged $275/hour for labor and charged 1 hour for each hose bib even if it took 15 minutes. When I asked them why they do this? Their response was ""this is just what we do"".

So far so good. We wanted to be sure our furnace boiler for a rental was ok. We had bids and Xpert we thought gave us the best bid by far. Too early to see if it works out.
