This company is Awesome!!
We had some problems with our bathroom plumbing and drains ..JT called 20 min early , upon arrival had mask, gloves and foot shields on . Quickly diagnose the problem and gave us an appropriate bid..
He was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done .
JT couldn't have been more professional.I also want to add this company was the first one to respond to my Yelp inquiries they fit me into the schedule so quickly I couldn't believe it and did exactly what they had promised
Let's be honest ,when was the last time that happened with a Plumber, Electrician or contractor?

My garbage disposal was not working and was starting to smell after a day without use. I hoped on yelp and found Expert Plumbing with incredibly high ratings. They did not let me down! They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly. I even received a text and photo of my technician when he was on the way - being a young female this made me feeel better about someone I didn't know coming into my home. John arrived right on time and right off the bat was very personable and helpful! He fixed my garbage disposal and taught me tricks to help it not happen again. I will be requesting John from here on out! Thank you Expert Plumbing and John!!

I have an 100 year old home in SLC and had a sewer back up in the basement on a Friday night. We had a plumber clean it out twice but he said the sewer pipe needed to be replaced. Online I requested a estimate from Expert Plumbing and the same evening they texted me back with some questions and requested the video from the plumber. We made an appointment for a visit on Monday. I met with a technician, Poncho, and he was amazing. He explained the process and was so professional. The cost was reasonable and they worked hard to get me on the schedule as fast as possible. They were the most professional and caring company I have ever worked with. They went the extra mile in every way possible and made sure we understood every aspect of the job and any issues that came up. Their recommendations were always spot on and every change that was needed was performed quickly, reasonably, and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC, sewer or furnace repair.

Quoted me $1600 for a new water heater for something I easily fixed myself in under 17 minutes for $60. But they were friendly and came to check it out quickly.... I get why now.

My disposal stopped working. They came the next day and since it was a super easy fix the serviceman charged me just the service fee. Did not pressure me to buy a new one and was friendly and polite. Great experience - will call them again when we need a new disposal.

Way overpriced.
Scare tactics that lead to larger, even more costly repairs. $1600. for a water heater recommendation when the problem was a thermocoupler. A $15.00 part with an under 10 minute replacement. Charge estimate $$245.72
Would never, ever recommend.
Needless to say, we went elsewhere who charged much, much less.

This company is dishonest and unethical. I got a bid and agreed to it and scheduled them. then I received an invoice double the price the morning they were scheduled to start the job before they even got there, that charged me for services I didn't agree too. I had them scheduled around other contractors to work around and now I have to find someone else at the last minute. Calling the company did nothing as the rep was being coached what to say over the phone. I'm just blown away that a company with high reviews could be so dishonest. It's disgusting. I should have looked at the reviews ""not recommended "" as others have been ripped off as well. Didn't know you could pay to filter your reviews on yelp.

We had Expert come out to replace our garbage disposal which had stopped working. While the technician was there, we also asked him for pricing on a few other plumbing related issues. One of these was seeing if they could get the steamer in our shower working, as we had bought the house two years prior and never knew how to start it. The tech called his office, took 10 minutes looking at it, then added $89 to our bill for an estimate.
Maybe it's me, but we were already committed to spending $350 on the disposal. He was already at our house, so no travel time. So to add an estimate fee on top of the other charges seemed excessive.
Lastly, we had him quite a replacement faucet set for our bathroom sink. If we bought the hardware their charge just to install it was quoted at $225. Again their pricing was high in my opinion.
