I have always received a fair price and everybody has made sure I get the best service for my home.. Last time, at the peak of the summer, the AC broke. Jorge came and repaired in no time, he was professional and timely and never tried to take advantage of the fact that it was 100 degrees outside and I was pretty fed up from the heat. I cannot recommend Expert Services enough.

Didn't follow instructions when they initially did the work. had to have them come back to correct it. left old parts on lawn and old pipes on water heater - didn't clean up after themselves. At an approximate $400/hr, I expected much better service
