Expert Plumbing has gotten me out of many a jam. Most recently, the fancy toilet in the house was making a weird grinding noise and the water was constantly running, which was a bit unsettling -- it sounded like a monster in the powder room, just something to be avoided. As a lazy person, I let this go on longer than I perhaps should have, but it finally got on my nerves so I called Expert and they got me scheduled right away. Saiosi (George) came out and discovered that it needed some new parts, so he helped me get the right parts and then came back out once they arrived. He fixed it in no time, and I'm delighted to report that it has been perfect since!

Ten stars and two thumbs up! Don't bother with anyone else.

Chris came out to estimate the cost of installing an A/C unit - he was really knowledgeable and of the three estimates I got, he was the only one that said, 'If this was my home...' Expert was also the only quote to recommend hanging insulated ductwork for my crawl space instead of just replacing the hard pipe. Chris was incredibly thorough, looking at every return and the electric panel and going into my icky crawl space multiple times to answer my questions. He even staged out some improvements we could make later if air flow wasn't where I hoped it would be, but wanted to try the basics first to save me money. When he and Mark came out to install the unit, they were absolutely terrific - friendly, personable, hard-working, tidy and conscientious. They added a Nest thermostat for me and had everything connected before they left. I am so glad I went with Expert.

The financing options were great, the customer service was top-notch, and I feel like I got exactly what I needed. I'm actually making a list of plumbing tasks to call them back with. Thank you!

I called to get a quote on replacing my central air conditioner for my home in Sandy. I know I am looking at spending thousands of dollars. They charge a $69 service fee to come out and give a quote. Seriously? You would have made a large profit. Would have.

There was a leak in our driveway from the underground piping. Poncho Portillo came and knew exactly where the leak was and told us he could fix it the very next day. He did a great job and our water runs better than it did when we first moved in! I will definitely have this company in mind for the future.

These guys are great. We were stuck without a sink and dishwasher on a holiday weekend. Others told us they couldn't fit us in, but Scott and Mark from Expert came the same day I called.

Everything looks and works great so far. Really grateful they found a way to fit us in on short notice. Tough job and they made it happen.

I called Expert Plumbing to unclog my garbage disposal after I jammed sweet potato peelings into it. I clogged the disposal at 3:30 and Scott V. and Carter arrived by 5 to save me from what would have been certain supper disaster. They gave me a two hour window for arrival and were at my door well within the time range after calling to let me know they had almost arrived. Despite having had a difficult day already, both men were very friendly, personable, and handled my mess with a sense of humor. Everything is going smoothly now and I will definitely call them the next time I need anything that they can help me with.
