Very unreliable and unprofessional. I contacted Sammy on a Monday - he replied very quickly. Then, I don't hear from him for four days. He finally answered me after a late night emergency text letting him know that my situation had become much worse and I really needed him to come out. He says he'll come the next day at 3pm. I leave work early to be home in time for this. 3pm comes and goes... and then I finally hear from him at 5:15pm (after texting him twice). He says they're """"still working on an emergency call."""" No courtesy call to let me know this. He says they'll come the next morning. I told him I had plans at around 11am, he understood. The next morning comes and goes!!! Someone (not Sammy??) FINALLY shows up at 1:45pm. The cherry on top of all of this is they waited longer than a month to cash the check I wrote. Longer than a month! But had the audacity to give me a hard time about sending an invoice to my landlord and forced me to write a check right then and there. Do yourself a favor and do not use their services.

Terrible. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Do not use unless you want to wait for unreturned calls and messages, or no shows with not even the courtesy to a cancellation call. How do these kind of people stay in business is beyond me.
