If you have any issues with your septic tank or plumbing do not look any further Albert Castro is your guy! We had called two plumbers before him and the first one did not know we had a septic tank and the second one was trying to over charge us. Once Albert came he was ready to work. He informed us about how septic tanks work and what could have been the cause of it being backed up. He walked us through whatever he was going to do along the way. I am not one to leave reviews but they really deserve one .I do not remember how I found him but we are so grateful that we did. He is a very honest hardworking man and someone who knows exactly what he is doing. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who needs his service. You wont regret it.

I had an issue with 1 of three toilets making the dreaded bubbling sound when the shower was on. You know the one that tells you trouble is coming. That was Friday evening. By Saturday we have 2 toilets that wouldn't flush and 2 showers with water backing up...no sewage in water yet and one good toilet-we could hold out until Monday I told myself-NO SUCH LUCK. I had a new washer installed today and when the delivery guy started the wash cycle all the sh*t flood gates opened. I don't know why but wherever it was block before it now was coming up both shower.
I quickly called Expert Septic Sewer, I am so glad I did. Albert spoke to me and said he could clear problem, he immediately texted me a quote for hydro jetting and a camera because I wanted to see if it was major. He said be there in an hour, with in 20 minutes he was on my roof running the hydro jet. The process was so quick and painless and cost was very reasonable considering it is Mother's Day and a Sunday and after hours.
I would absolutely recommend these guys for any clogged sewer line or septic tanks. They clear the back up, found the issue in my old clay pipe and will be repairing it for me. Albert and his lovely assistant (I'm sorry I didn't ask your name) were great. Thank you thank you thank you. Jacqueline

Albert and Donnie were the finest guys we've dealt with in a long time.
Our septic problems were NOT simply solved by a pumping.
Peninsula had pumped our septic tank previously, but they did NOTHING else. It filled again in 6 weeks - and that's when we called Expert Septic.
Albert and Donnie did a fantastic job. They worked extremely hard, kept us informed all through the process, and we would recommend them happily to anyone. Thank you guys!

Very glad that I chose this company. When I had a overflow problem in my yard, I called Albert and he tried to explain to me what could be the cause over the phone and offered to come in to fix my problem on the same day. At the end, he came in just after a short few hours and fixed the problem right away. He even offered me tips on how I should maintain my sewage piping system and rest assure me the problem was solved. His charges were reasonable and very transparent - no catches and surprises ! I will definitely use his service again and recommend his comany to everyone.

He has a price list and doesn't make up the prices as he goes - as in how much he thinks you can pay or how much he needs this month. His prices are competitive, but his knowledge and service is what makes the difference. Albert doesn't try to ""upsell"" with products or services you don't need for your home. Call Albert.
