I have had an absolute terrible experience with Expert Rooter. I called on Friday to request an appt for them to come out and fix my leaky garbage disposal. The woman on the phone Maria said they would call and come out on Monday. No call, no plumber came on Monday, so I called in the early afternoon to ask when they will be coming. ""I don't know"" is this woman's answer for everything. When will the plumber come, I don't know, how many jobs are ahead of me, I don't know. She said she would call her supervisor to find out and call me back. She never called me back on Monday. I call Tuesday and ask, are you coming today, again, I don't know. She said she would find out and call me back. Two hours later and still no call back, so I call again. I ask to speak to her supervisor directly, she refuses to give me his number. May I talk to the business owner, she said no. I said, I am sure you owner would like to know if a customer is unhappy and he want to resolve my issue. She said she would give him the message. Really? Honestly, she was so uncaring, had no information, expressed no desire to make me a happy customer. It was extremely frustrating. It is Tuesday and still, no update from Maria, no plumber. I have had it, so I am calling another plumber and I suggest everyone else considering calling this company do the same.
