Paul and his team did a great job and were very professional each day they arrived. Always on time (but really early every day they showed up :)) which shows how professional and committed they are. Also when he tells me a price, I wasn't surprised with any changes to the total bill (as I have had bad experiences with other contractors). This was my biggest concern. He even cleared my clogged bathroom sink free of charge. I'm super impressed and will totally recommend him to anyone! I just paid him today for a big job he did. We needed a our main sewer pipe replacement which is super expensive. He gave me a good price and a 15 year warranty which a longer warranty than other contractors I met and made me more assured I shouldn't have any problems if I went with him. Paul is a really nice guy and seems to really try to understand his customers and really wants to help. Side note: My mother threw a huge fit about her missing hose nozzle and he was so nice that he was willing to buy 3 to replace (but we did find it so no worries). I was even willing to pay him an extra $100 for the trouble this caused but he didn't take it which was very admirable. If there were 6 or 10 stars I've give it to Expert Rooter & Plumbing!!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and within 20 min. after leaving a message I was called back. Lavon came out the same day and within minutes was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He was very professional and even though it was a simple fix this time, I will certainly call them whenever I have problems.

Great job, I thought I had a cracked sewer pipe. Saw mold on drywall and had a sewer smell in the basement apartment. Had scan performed by another plumber beforehand. Paul got a permit and we were ready to go. Found out it was a water leak, these guys couldn't have been nicer about it. Fixed the broken water pipe and saved me a ton of money in not having to replace my sewer line.

Paul's and his guys were professional, on time, and really helped me through this absolute headache! Any jobs he is the plumber I call from now on!! On to the mold remediation!

They were detail oriented and took the time to educate my family and I so we understand different parts of our home (especially in case of emergency, where/which switches to shut off). Paul and his team are fantastic - true professionals. They installed gas piping for 2 fireplace inserts - fairly straight forward work that went off without a hitch. A few weeks later, we had a separate plumbing issue in the upstairs bathroom - a leak that was coming through the downstairs ceiling. They came out immediately and fixed the issue with minimal intrusion into the ceiling and wall. Overall very pleased with their work

Paul K, the owner came out to our home on very short notice, and suggested what needed to be done and then set up a suitable time and date for the work to be done. Fantastic Plumber! I had just moved into my new place when I noticed a water pooling and backing up around a drain in my garage! Called expert rooter and they came out next day! They squeezed me in between jobs. They quickly diagnosed the problem resolved it and even helped me with a separate leak under my kitchen sink at no additional cost!

Overall very professional and excellent customer service. They will definitely be my go-to plumbers in the future! Thanks again expert rooter!

I can only underscore everything that has been written in other reviews about these guys: they are professional, responsive, expert at what they do and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them without hesitation and they will be the first call I make with a plumbing issue. One of their guys went way above and beyond the call of duty - he drove back to my place in SF from San Carlos after hours because he was not sure he had turned the hot water back on and did not want me to be without hot water. What amazing customer service!!!
