I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a fire sprinkler that I didn't know was causing a leak and they did awesome remediation. I had mold under my sink and they fixed it quickly. What a wonderfully refreshing experience!
As we got ready to put our house on the market, we discovered some very dirty and damaged areas on our carpet. The owner Brent, cleaned our carpets beautifully, as well as patched some damaged areas with spare carpet we had set aside.
Brent is conscientious, reliable and does a great job to make sure his customers are satisfied. If we were not moving out of state, we would lock him in for our regular six month carpet cleaning service. My husband and I are very happy with his work and highly recommend Brent's Expert services.

I had a water leak and the insurance company had Brent Koehler from Expert Restoration Services come out to fix the damage. He was AMAZING!!! When he realized the severity of the damage over the phone, he re-arranged his schedule to come out right away in order to immediately dry out our hardwood floors to save them. He was professional, prompt, extremely clean, and very responsive. It is so refreshing to work with someone who takes such pride and ownership in their work. I would highly recommend him!!! Working with him was the silver lining of an unfortunate and situation. He is a true professional who is honest, trustworthy and hardworking.

I was selling my house and home inspector found mold under my kitchen sink. My plumber referred me to Expert Restoration. I was very pleased with their services, the concern for the customer and there fair pricing. Expert Restoration arrange for an air testing service to do testing to verify the mold have been removed. This cost was included in the price I was quoted. Further, to determine the extent of the mold issue, parts of the wall board under the sink were removed and inspected. Fortunately, no mold was found and Expert Restoration patched and painted the wall board in an expert manner. I would highly recommend Expert Restoration.
