I'm late to write this review but I feel I have to let you know what great service I received. Talal was responsive, on time, fairly priced, and professional. I have several properties and finding a trustworthy plumber has been the biggest challenge. Talal exceeded my expectations. You won't be disappointed.

We found water sitting in the bottom of our kitchen sink cabinet from a slow leak that seemed to be coming from the bottom of our kitchen faucet. The faucet had been installed just a year prior from a contractor's plumber. After reading such positive reviews on Yelp and Angie's List, I decided to call Expert Plumbing. Talal answered my call right away and made an appointment to come and diagnose the problem. He was on time and genuinely kind. He confirmed that the bolt cap on bottom of faucet had cracked and had recommended replacing the faucet since that would be faster than waiting to get a new bolt cap. We agreed. He also checked our water pressure valve and found our water pressure to be above 110 psi. He said that the water pressure valve needed to be replaced as well and thankfully he had the one we needed in stock. So after going to Home Depot and purchasing a Kohler faucet, I called Talal, again answered my call right away, and scheduled another appointment for install the next day. He again was on time. I appreciated his accessibility, how personable and kind he was, and how he explained things in layman's terms. I feel I can trust him and would not hesitate to call on him again.

I had a great experience with Talal at Expert Plumbing and I plan to use his services again in the future.

We had a leaky water filtration system and a loose kitchen faucet.

He installed the new water filtration system and took apart the kitchen faucet to find the lost bolt that was needed to tighten it (which was messed up by the previous plumber).

He was careful to read all the instructions since the water filter was a new model for him.

He saw that the water filter was not recommended for environments with water pressure higher than 75 psi. He suspected that we had high water pressure and tested it with a gauge. He discovered that our water pressure was 105 psi. He recommended that we install a pressure reducing valve which we did. The water pressure was 55 psi after the installation.

The water filter, the pressure reducing valve and the kitchen faucet were all installed and work perfectly without any issues.

He has a very professional demeanor and he is very knowledgeable. I appreciated his flexibility in working with us and his attention to detail.

I also learned he is a volunteer fireman on the side which is just another testament to the caliber of person he is.

He is now my ""go to"" plumbing service provider in Santa Cruz.

I enjoyed working with him and I highly recommend him to others.

Talal is professional, responsive and does fantastic work. I called him on Friday for a shower repair, and he was able to fit me in that day. I was extremely grateful, as many other plumbers were telling me Wednesday of the following week.
