I had a little ""pain in the butt"" project that I was trying to do myself, but my wife suggested that maybe it was time for a professional plumber to take over. I called Talal based upon all the great reviews. Unfortunately he was too busy to fit my schedule, but he took about 15 mins on the phone to discuss my options and coach me through finishing off the job myself. Super nice guy, definitely customer service oriented. Expert Plumbing would be my first call next time I need a plumber without a doubt.

I found Expert Plumbing through Yelp and every five star review was right on. I had a pretty small project to replace a kitchen facet but, I needed it done quick and done right the first time. Owner Talal scheduled the job for the next day for his brother Moe to complete the installation. Moe completed the job in less then an hour and left the job site clean and neat. Moe even brought several replacement facets for me to select from as I mentioned I was short on time and wouldn't be able to pickup the facet. Talal stopped by later the same day to inspect the installation and verify I was happy with the work. The price was very reasonable and service exceeded my expectation.

I have used Expert Plumbing a few times now and Talal has always been very prompt, professional, friendly, and competent. Most recently, he replaced an old water heater with a new tankless type at our condo. He had to coordinate with our tenant, the property management company and myself throughout the day and kept us all on the loop. He worked efficiently to get the whole job done in one day, even with some unexpected setbacks, and the work looks great. I would recommend him to anyone and will use expert Plumbing for any future needs.

Expert Plumbing is as good as it gets on so many levels. Talal, the owner, is an excellent communicator and extremely responsive. He details the problem and what it would take to fix it, and the cost. This is a very kind, nice gentleman.

My situation was awful. In our commercial location, both women's toilets were not operating properly, one dramatically overflowing everywhere, and the other one wouldn't flush the waste. Needless to say, the women around here were extremely unhappy. We've had a revolving door of ""plumbers"" or folks who call themselves that, but Talal and his brother were the only real plumbers we've seen. They viewed the pipes running from the building out to the street, ascertained that they were clear. The problem was in the innards of one of the toilets--replaced with new stuff, works amazing. The other toilet was pre-civil war vintage. Talal got us a reasonably priced replacement that day from his supplier, installed it that day.

The women around here are dancing. I appreciated how quickly Expert Plumbing responded to us, their rapid diagnosis and professional way they fixed it. The problems, plural, went away and have stayed away.

This is a fantastic plumber.

Like some of the other reviewers, we found Expert Plumbing online and contacted him because of his good reviews. He was everything we read -- professional, courteous, respectful. He installed a dishwasher and some faucets. Did such a good job we had him install a water heater for us. Great guy and superior service. We would highly recommend him for any job.

We can't say enough about Talal and his service ! We had an emergency after hours, and he called us back quickly and came out and fixed our issue within hours. We have never had someone explain our options so well and his pricing was beyond reasonable. We will highly recommend Talal to everyone and will definitely use him from now on for any plumbing issues we have !! Absolutely the best !!

I live out of town and was in need of a plumber quickly. I called Talal based on his reviews. The mark of a good business person is to answer the telephone or return a message in a timely fashion. Talal did that. I explained the problem and we agreed on a day and time. Talal showed up early and completed the job. I like to support small business owners and I think that I found a match in Expert Plumbing. Not only did he do the job quickly and for a fair price he communicates and stays in touch with the customer. Kudos to Talal.

Yesterday we called Talal about some leaking toilets. I expected an appointment later in the week, but Talal rushed over from a long job so he could diagnose the problems. When he finished his other job, he went for parts, came to our house, and within an hour all was well. I was impressed that he worked so hard to fit our little problem into his schedule. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing problem.

I found Talal through Yelp. He came out to look at my plumbing problems. He said both the kitchen and bathroom faucets needed to be replaced, I agreed with this assessment. But I was stunned when his estimate to replace them was $1000. He was polite and professional but I think his rates are way too high.
