We recently had a concrete backyard patio replaced in our Aptos home. We decided to include a built-in natural gas fire pit and natural gas grill. I didn't have a general contractor for the project and chose Expert Plumbing to install the buried gas lines and hook ups. They were great to work with throughout the project. Talal and Moe called me prior to demolition to review the plan and schedule. Then they worked directly with our concrete contractor and county to coordinate the install, permit and inspection of the line and fire pit hook up. Concurrently they replaced a faucet, garbage disposal and refrigerator waterline in our kitchen. They always called me back right away if I had any questions- so easy to work with. I would highly recommend expert plumbing for any interior or exterior plumbing projects.

This company is a total fraud and relies on classic bait and switch techniques. Spoke on the phone today with Talal asking about the advertised Main Line Drain Cleaning Special on his website for $125 (check it out in its Specials & Coupons section). The coupon says only that a ""Cleanout Access Must be Available"". I told Talal that I had a Cleanout plug easily accessible near my deck so there would be no problem.
Talal replied that the coupon only applied if the Cleanout access was IN FRONT of a house. He didn't bother to ask the location of my deck. Just said that he would not honor the coupon and could not give me an estimate on the phone for such a job without the coupon. Besides, he added, he was busy for two weeks out, and I ought to call someone else. Really!!!!!!!
These are the type of guys that give the trade a bad name. I wonder what they pay for all their good reviews.

Used Expert Plumbing to install a new kitchen faucet. They returned my call in a reasonable time and were able to schedule my appointment when I needed. They phoned to confirm my appointment the day before and arrived at my home within the window provided. Moe evaluated the job and gave me a price. He completed the work promptly and professionally. Very nice and thoughtful guy. I'm very happy with the service and would use them again.

Our water heater died some time last night. This morning, we found water leaking from the top of the water heater and water all over the garage floor. After some Yelp-ing, I decided to call Expert Plumbing...

Talal was available to meet me later this morning. When he arrived he assessed the situation, explained his diagnosis (we needed a new water heater) clearly answered my questions (can we just repair the old one?) and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. By mid-afternoon we now have a new water heater and no more cold showers. Throughout the process, Talal kept me up to date about the repair schedule, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the process of flushing the water heater (which is now on my annual to do list) and how to light the pilot in case I ever needed to.

Thank you for your prompt, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough service, Talal. We will definitely call you in the future for our plumbing needs.

We had a rather urgent plumbing issue & needed a plumber quickly. Tala & Moe, the owners of the company, arrived within about an hour, quickly assessed & found the problem, & Moe stayed to do the repair which took about 2 hours! They are not only the nicest people, but highly competent, thorough, professional. There pricing is quite reasonable & was less than the original quote. We highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I cannot begin to express how professional and talented these people are. I am very picky and want everything in my house to be done perfectly.
Talal and Moe are polite and explain everything that they do. They go into any details and explain what they are doing if you want. I had them repair a hot water dispenser under my sink. They said that the reason it leaked was probably because of my water pressure . They told me that the water pressure in my house was too high. So I asked them to replace that as well. I believe you get what you pay for. I am happy I went with them!
