I always check in with Yelp to find local services...and so glad I did. After reading the AMAZING reviews for Expert Plumbing...I looked no farther! I spoke with Talal Dakkak on the phone and he was very flexible with his schedule...at first my clog seemed minor...but it turned out to be a major job.

Talal (with his arsenal of plumbing equipment) was determined not leave until the problem was resolved. During this time, Talal explained what he was doing to remedy the problem. O! And the bonus? I actually learned a few things!

I was impressed with Talal 's professional manner, his expertise in plumbing and his friendly and accommodating manner...!. Talal presented me with a quote at the beginning of the job...and although the job turned out to be more serious...he held true to the quote. Unbelievably cool!

Talal went above and beyond fixing our plumbing problem...! I would highly recommend Expert Plumbing! I sure was...and look at the time you will save by going with the best?

I rarely write reviews for Yelp but after having Talal from Expert plumbing replace my water heater I am going to take the time for the review. I had a leaking water heater that was starting to leak water into my condo. My HOA management company recommended a plumber and so I had him come out and take a look. The quote he gave me seemed a little high so I called Expert plumbing for a second opinion based on the yelp reviews. Talal quoted me $100 less to replace the hot water heater and also pointed out a valve on a pipe that was leaking on to the hot water heater and had contributed to the deterioration of the hot water heater. He let me know this should be an HOA problem since it was a common use water pipe and to check with the HOA. I spent a frustrating week trying to get an answer from the HOA and was eventually told they would not pay for any repairs with no explanation.

When I called Talal back and explained my problem he fixed the valve free of charge while replacing the water heater. In addition to that the craftsmanship was well done. It is two weeks later and I have not had any problems.

courteous, on time, and an EXPERT in what he does. We have used him twice now, for a dishwasher hook-up, and a water softener install. He will be coming again for a new water heater soon. He is extremely honest and gives you many options on which way you can go with your job. He doesn't try to over sell things that are not needed.

I called Talal based on a recommendation from a friend. I am a new homeowner and my tenant's sink was leaking, so I really wanted a quality plumber who would be honest with me. That's what I got! He showed me where the problems were, explained options, and stayed within his estimate. He showed up on time despite my remote location, and was respectful of my tenant's space. Recently had a problem with gas line leaks and needed a plumber immediately. Picked Talal Dakkak based upon his ratings here and I was not dissappointed. He came, fixed the pipes, as well as fit in the installation of a new water heater after discovering that the 20 yr. old heater was leaking. Also, graciously installed my new propane stove. Work was completed in a timely manner and very competently. Plus, a very nice person to work with!!!!

Talal was great. He installed a hot water recirc system into our tankless hot water as well as some trouble shooting on other issues. He was cost competitive, timely, great communicator, and spent the time researching and working with the manufacturer to solve the problems. Would definitely use him again and recommend him.

I am a tenant and our landlords live over the hill, so finding a plumber that was reasonably priced was important to them and I was concerned with getting my backed up main line taken care of ASAP. He satisfied both of our needs and we were told by our landlords for any future issues to call him. I was very impressed with his knowledge, speediness and great communication. He was very respectful of the landlord/tenant relationship and was very clear with everyone involved.

Talal was responsive, prompt and professional.

I needed a new kitchen sink faucet installed and an old water filtration system taken out and a new one installed.

Talal provided me with a clear estimate and complete understanding of the project. The fit and finish of the work was excellent and he called me the next day to check in to make sure there were no leaks and I was satisfied.
