I cannot begin to express how professional and talented these people are. I am very picky and want everything in my house to be done perfectly.
Talal and Moe are polite and explain everything that they do. They go into any details and explain what they are doing if you want. I had them repair a hot water dispenser under my sink. They said that the reason it leaked was probably because of my water pressure . They told me that the water pressure in my house was too high. So I asked them to replace that as well. I believe you get what you pay for. I am happy I went with them!

Earlier this year I needed a sewer line replaced, since it was a large job I decided to get two quotes. Expert Plumbing had a slightly lower quote and slightly better reviews than the other plumber so I chose them. I completely regret the choice, halfway into the job Talal informed me that he was raising the price because the job was harder than he anticipated. I tried to work with Talal on this, but all he did was make flimsy excuses. I have no doubt he will respond to this review with yet another excuse.

If you're looking for a dishonest plumber that will take advantage of your misfortune, this is the guy for you. If you want someone who will stand by their word and who you can work with if there is a problem you may want to choose another plumber.

I had to call on Expert again during the holidays. Once again, even though they are a family company, they are immediately responsive. And, within a few hours, my dishwasher was running perfectly and i was able to get ready for more guests! Both Talal and Mo are excellent and totally responsive unlike so many service providers in Santa Cruz. They are the best! Call them up with your plumbing need large or small.

I had the privilege of working with Talal and his brother Moe on actually three jobs on my home (major kitchen drain leak, replacement of an old broken water heater, and the installation of a new dishwasher I bought at Home Depot along with a new kitchen sink faucet). I am not a novice when it comes to hiring contractors--in the early 1980's I was a Co-Developer in a six home project in a high end Santa Cruz neighborhood and actually built my own personal home there as well. In Santa Cruz County, it is the EXCEPTION and not the rule that you find and honest, reliable, and fairly priced Contractor or Subcontractor. Needless-to-say, I hired many dozens and fired equally dozens of Contractors and Subs in all of the major trades for the Developer position and on my own residence. I don't why this area has so many FLAKEY contractors! It was a real ""breath of fresh air"" working with and getting the three jobs above finished IN ONLY ONE DAY! And, way ahead of the original promised completion. Also, I didn't get stroke looking at their final bill with my added changes--it was TOTALLY FAIR and actually less than the other MAJOR Plumbers would have charged me. These guys do a great job and are a Throw Back to the old days when Tradespeople took real pride in their work. Looking for a great, honest plumber who will not gouge you? These are the guys. Thanks Talal and Moe--you guys ROCK and are now my GO TO Plumbers!

We recommend Talal and Mo at Expert Plumbing because of their customer service, great work ethic, honesty, with prompt, punctual and thorough service. There were no surprises. They care about what they do. This is the 2nd time we have used their service over the past 4 years. First time was an indoor leak and they recommended a water pressure gauge at that time, we declined. Now this time we had an old outdoor copper faucet/ pipe break over the weekend. Talal called back in less than 15 minutes. Even though though they are closed on Sundays! We were able to be seen at 9am Monday morning. Mo arrived on time. He assessed and diagnosed the problem, explained how high our water pressure is, what industry standards are and how to reduce wear on old pipes. We accepted this time. The actual bill of service was LESS than the bid! Very good, clean work. Well done! Couldn't be happier. Thank you!
