Paul and his people were great. I got a fast quote via yelp messaging for my p trap replacement. Paul sent Victor out the same day, he arrived on time, was really friendly, and dig a great job. Then I asked him to look at something else, which turned out to be a clogged pipe. A couple of hours later, Victor was back with someone else and the snake and they cleaned that up too. Great price, nice people, excellent communication. I strongly recommend EPS.

I shopped around and Paul was one of the few plumbers who would give me a quote over the phone rather than insisting that a technician come over and give an estimate, even though it was for a standard job (sink disposal replacement).

Once I scheduled the appointment, I got a text confirming all of the details, useful for making sure that the appointment was correct. Paul showed up on time and was very friendly, and also worked quickly to replace my unit (and also showed me what was defective with my old one).

Also, thumbs up for accepting credit card. Overall, super happy with EPS!

Paul was great. Gave a quote over the phone and addressed my concern about potentially needing to jet the line, as two other plumbers had indicated. He said it's rarely needed and that he believes he can snake the line successfully. He was right! He unclogged my roof drain pipe in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate that he didn't jack up the price or sell me additional services to TV the line. The best part is his rate was 25% less than the quotes I received.

Not only did they get here when promised, because of an opening in their schedule, EPS called me up to ask if i wanted to have someone come a day earlier. Leonid showed up right on time (with text updates being sent to me the whole time to tell me he was on his way), and he was able to explain to me in simple language the issue with my sink, explain to me my options and then immediately fixed it. One suggestion I have for EPS, i might be a good idea to have your plumbers give an estimate of the cost before starting work. Honestly, I forgot to ask as I was in the middle of a number of things when Leonid arrived, and I don't think the price was unfair... but it would have been nice to just get a sense of the cost. Thanks.
