Basically just for them to come to my house and use my plunger that was in the bathroom they charged $65. I called for service two days prior for a clogged toilet. Two plumbers came to my home then used my own plunger and said since they can't plunge it they would have to give me an estimate on cost to fix the toilet. Then the plumber grabs some notebook paper and writes two estimates. The first is a charge of $255 to use a Toilet Auger. The second is $560 to remove the toilet to find the clog. I could have told them that the plunger wasn't going to fix the toilet and don't think I need to pay any amount of money to do what I've already tried to fix the toilet before even calling them. I sent them on their way after paying the service fee for them to do nothing I haven't already tried.

Awful customer service, I was given an appointment window from 12-4. Nobody shows up, I call they have to call me back 30min go by and no call back. Call again then 15 min later I get a call from someone who claims I don't have an appointment. She was rude not and not understanding that I wasted an entire day waiting around for service. Expert Plumbing offered me nothing for their mistakes!

Asked for an estimate on the purchase and installation of an emergency back up sump pump system and they quoted us $6,500.00-

Purchased the battery and system on Amazon and paid a local contractor to install it -- total came out to about $1,000.00-

I will not be requesting any further estimates from Expert Plumbing.

Our tankless water heater wet out. Even though Expert Plumbing didn't install it, Chris came out promptly and told us what the problem was. The motherboard and fan went out because the company that installed it never put a screen on the intake pipe outside and all kinds of debris got into the unit and made the fan and motherboard strain and die. Expert Plumbing is certified in installing the Navien and Chris was very knowledgeable on the unit. When the parts came in (they were still under warranty) Chris came back to do the repair and found out this other company didn't do the piping correctly. That's why for the last two years since it was installed, I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to get the hot water. We were led to believe we'd get almost instant hot water to our upstairs bathrooms. After Chris corrected the problem, I was amazed that it takes only 10 seconds for the hot water to reach our second floor bathroom. I felt like Chris was a wizard. Now I will tell everyone I know to use Expert Plumbing for any of their Plumbing needs.

I whole heartily give 5 stars and would give more if i could.
They gave us the bad news that our foundation had to be jack hammered in order to get to the broken pipe.
But in 2 days the deed was done and the area was fixed and cleaned.
That was expected actually.
What wasn't expected was the kind and true caring that Chris and Sean expressed not only with the job at hand but in how they handled our things, their interaction with us and their obvious desire to fix our issue and fix it right.
I really hope that in reading this review, you will take into consideration and hire Expert Plumbing in New Lenox, IL.

Progressional top notch service all the way. From making the initial call to the work done this company is all about the customer. I was worried as my parents are elderly so I asked around but no one I knew could recommend a plumber. My dad found a number in their personal phone booked which just said plumber. He called and made an appointment for the plumber to come out. Explained there was a service call fee but that would be used as a credit to the total bill. Also they sent a picture and name of plumber (via email) coming to the house which I thought was a nice touch. Plumber called ahead the day of the appointment to advise when he would be there. The Plummer Chris was a great guy he fixed the problem gave my dad a few tips. Chris was very personable and told my dad about the business and you could tell he enjoyed his job and really giving great service to his customers. Don't know how that number got in my folks phone book but so glad it was there. Obviously someone recommended this company to them and I and my folks will be recommending them also.

Called Expert Plumbing when my water heater was leaking. Chris came to my house and quickly turned water off to my house since supply valve wasn't working. Provided me with solutions which I liked a lot. Answered all my questions before I made my decision on which option to go with. Chris installed my water heater in professional way and left no mess behind. I'm very satisfied with service I received from initial call to completion and quality of work performed. Highly recommend.

Lukasz was great and very professional! He offered a number of options for the repair and finished in a timely manner. He cleaned up everything, you couldn't even tell a repair took place. I will absolutely use Expert Plumbing service in the future.
