TONY IS THE MAN!

we found Expert Plumbing & Rooter during the inspection process for our current home but Tony's skills and work ethic are what has kept him as our permanent plumber.

The previous owner of our home was a paranoid hot mess who decided to do all of the plumbing/electrical/structural work on his own (because you know, as a part time chimney sweep and chef he was totally qualified to do that.

When it came to our attention that our sprinklers were flooding the neighborhood -because the former owner paved over part of the yard but didn't cap off the sprinklers- Tony was at our home within minutes of our frantic phone call and didn't even charge us. Granted, all he did was shut off the knob but David and I are idiots when it comes to stuff like that and were more than happy to pay him just for coming out and then some.

Fast forward a few weeks and in the 20 minutes i was gone to pickup the kiddo from school, one of my kitchen sinks leaked enough to create a small lake. Long story short, Tony fixed yet another mistake in this lovely but ill-constructed home.

He is currently fixing two more issues (our prep sink and small guest room bathroom toilet). Not only is he punctual, professional and honest, he's just an all around great person and plumber.

So call Tony for any of your plumbing needs! But if you don't call him, definitely don't call the guy who we bought this house from!

First off, let me start this review by making it known that a 5 star rating is an understatement... If I could give Expert Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. 100 stars, I would have. I had a plumbing emergency not only at MIDNIGHT, but at MIDNIGHT, ON A SUNDAY!! I immediately jumped on yelp to search for a 24 hour pluming service. After 5 minutes of going down the list of these "24 hour" plumbing services that we're sending my emergency call straight to voicemail, I came across Expert Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. where Levon answered immediately and assured me that he would be at my house within 45 minutes. Levon was extremely professional and friendly and made light of the situation (even with it being 12:30 am) and fixed our problem in a jiffy. I highly recommend this company to not only my friends and family, but to whom ever is reading this review and questioning whether or not to call!

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude towards Expert Plumbing and Rooter. The quality of service I received was amazing. My water heater had a nasty leak and I was calling various plumbers for quotes. I was impressed with Expert Plumbing and Rooter's amazing yelp reviews and so gave them a call. Their technician arrived 10 minutes early, was very professional, knowledgeable, and exhibited conscientiousness in his work as if he were working on his own house. The experience was exceptionally pleasant. Their technician also suggested replacing a couple of valves that were pretty old, as well as, the water supply lines. Even with this additional work, the price was lower than what some other plumbers quoted me. Simply an amazing experience and I will definitely be hiring them again for my future plumbing needs!

I called Expert Plumbers in distress at 6pm after we were advised by the gas company that we had a gas leak in a house we had planned to move into in two days, and they could therefor not connect our gas service. We first called Anee Plumbers who said it would cost between $1,800-4,200 and would most likely require all new gas lines. We suspected that we were being scammed. Lavon from Expert agreed to come assess the situation by 8pm that night (amazing!). He arrived on time, crawled under the house, tested the system and said he thought it could be fixed for around $500. His final bill came to $550 and the house then passed inspection and the gas company turned on the service. Needless to say, it pays to get a second opinion and Expert Plumbing is our go to plumber from this point on. Lavon's service was outstanding.

Didn't take long for more plumbing issues to arise. Our kitchen and bathroom sinks needed work and the garbage disposal was acting up again so I called 2 days ago. Tony showed up that same day, quickly figured out the problem and told us he could stay late and do it that day or come back another day. We had him come back since our kids were needing attention, and he showed up today, on time and ready to work. He brought another guy with him and they both knocked out the problems quickly. Everything is actually working in our house again. YAY!

This company has great ratings for a reason...quick service, kind, professional and reliable plumbers and reasonable rates. Will definitely use them again!

My husband called Expert Plumbing & Rooter to get an estimate on what we thought was going to be a major plumbing job on our rental house in Burbank. The tenant had complained of a stinky backup that we couldn't seem to get rid of. Expert Plumbing showed up on time and the plumber was courteous and easy to talk to. He told my husband that, no, we don't need a major plumbing job but instead we just needed to remove a stinky hairball trapped beneath the sink. Instead of the major job and associated cost I had envisioned, Expert Plumber figured out the problem and didn't even charge for the visit.

Wow! an honest plumber! One stinky hairball removed, one happy tenant and one happy landlord.

Wow, called them Friday at 3:45 out by 5! Very courteous and professional. I had been working with a home warranty plumber referral that was not working out. So in frustration I saw the excellent reviews and tried them. Spent quality time examining device, told me what was likely going on and and a fair quote and indicated would be out tomorrow am to fix. I had an emergency with my bathroom faucet hot water running endlessly since Saturday night. I couldn't sleep and called around for plumbers first thing Sunday morning. One place charged 200 just to come out for initial diagnosis. I called the number for Expert and someone called me back right away. Told me initial dx would be $30 and he would come right away. When he came, he was extremely courteous and professional, looked at my bathroom, and told me right away what he felt needed to be done. It's a job much bigger than I had originally anticipated, and because I live in a condo, is much more difficult, but I was glad he had come out to at least take a look at it. Thank you!!!
