avoid those people! they never return phone calls, they were supposed to come out to do my AC maintenance, nobody showed up and I was told oh we had you down for next week by mistake, no manager would ever call me back. There are many better options for plumbers, electricians and HVAC in the area.

The cost to replace our broken faucet was expensive($677.95). The plumber arrived at 6:30pm, which the company considers after hours.
We paid $159.95 for after hours diagnostic, which was not rolled into the cost of the repairs/parts.
$233 to install our own homedepot ($139.00 )faucet.
$285 to replace two angle stops.

The plumber arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable.

Highly unprofessional. They did repair on my furnace 3 times and had to keep changing the same part because of their incompetency of not finding the root cause of the problem. They lied to dealer and refused to complete the service. I have not dealt with such a bad company in my entire life

Totally disappointed with this company. Called them out for a repair on Friday. They didn't complete the work and blamed me! When I called them to fix my sump on Sat, the next day, they wanted me to pay the initial visit rate again and it would be more because of the weekend. Any quality firm would want to complete a job to ensue client satisfaction.

I'm selling a house, and Expert Plumbing completed repairs per buyer's inspection report: repaired garbage disposal (it was jammed), rodded both sides of kitchen sink (slow draining), reset toilet to floor, installed braided steel at washer supply lines, installed counterweight in master bedroom toilet handle (it would get stuck), and cut and reinstalled floor drain cover in utility room.

To put this in correct perspective, many reviews for plumbers result from emergency calls and quite honestly, you will show favor if they show up especially when the demand is high (heavy rains, flooding). In fact, this is how I came upon Expert. They have done extensive work at both of my houses and most of it reasonably well except for the last job. I signed up for their preventative maintenance. They suggested a new filter for my humidifier which is in the attic.
They changed the filter but failed to change the sleeve it sits in (a 75 cent piece of plastic). The residue from the old filter clogged the drain which dripped into the walls for 3 month's. This resulted in over $30,000. damage to our home and 9 month's of reconstruction. The owner, Don, would not answer my calls or return my calls. (Try to call him. He screens ALL of his calls). After many attempts to talk with the manager, I filed a complaint with BBB to no avail. I had insurance but for some reason they decided not to go after Expert Plumbing. There are many plumbers out there (I use Mendel), there is no reason to use this one.....very shady.

After our business had a sewer backup emergency at 10 PM, we called several ""24 hour"" plumbers and didn't get an answer or a call back. We waited until the morning and called Expert Plumbing, who not only answered the phone before 9 AM, but arrived sooner than they estimated. They took care of the problem after giving a reasonable quote. We were able to open for business less than two hours late and they were courteous and reasonably priced. I'll definitely use them again and would recommend. I wish I'd called them first!

A leak manifested itself once again in the common area of our condos. Their tech today Jim, was a night and day experience from the last leak. Total professional experience this visit. Thanks for sending Jim... I hope he's sharing his 20 yrs of experience with the other techs.

Plumbers are absolute crooks and should some how be regulated. I had a clogged kitchen sink last Friday evening and were getting ready for graduation party on Saturday. I called Expert and they had someone at my home within an hour--which was great. When the service rep called he said the ""service fee"" would be $139.00. The normal fee was $89 so an extra $50 on a Friday night didn't seem to bad. I guess I didn't catch on. He arrived. Checked things out and said the bill would be $382.69!!! I almost had a heart attack! The $139 was only for him to come and look at the problem. At this point I had no choice. The service rep got out his ""roto rooter"" machine, disconnected the trap, did his thing, and was gone in about 30 minutes! What an absolute rip off!!!!! I don't know what other plumbers charge but if they all charge this must, they screw everybody!!!!
